Love our MB Team

We have been working with Market Basket for a number of years for all our client events and they are always our first go-to. Nancy and her team knows exactly what we are looking for, she is always willing to help and adapt to our clients budget and recommending such fantastic options to make sure every menu is fresh and fun each event.

The MB on-site staff is so professional and motivated to do the best job from start to finish. From setup to a clean breakdown - we couldn't ask for anything better!

Maconi wedding 6/21/24

RUN DON'T WALK TO BOOK THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING! We worked with Nancy and George to help make our special day memorable. EVERYONE complimented the food! IT WAS SO GOOD! I was worried that we weren't going to have enough, but boy was I wrong. We had enough food leftover to feed 4 families for the week. The waitstaff, the bartender, everyone exceeded our expectations! My only regret was not eating more! I wish I disappeared for a few just to try everything! All of our guests are still talking about it!

Covid Wedding

The market basket truly deserves 5 stars all around. My wedding was December 12 2020 (covid times) and Nancy was more than flexible with our changing guest list. She was very accommodating to our situation. She was extremely helpful and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Its hard to find a caterer that doesn't treat you like just another number. Her staff was very kind and professional. They always made sure the bride and groom were fed and her whole staff made a point to compliment our big day!
Our wedding had a lot of last minute cancelations which was unfortunate. However the Market Basket staff wrapped all of the extra food! Not only did we get ALL the leftovers... but it was deconstructed and labeled!! We ate filet mignon, Lamb chop lollipops, sliders, shrimp, pasta etc. for days after.
I highly recommend the Market Basket!

Outdoor wedding 6/1/2019

The Market Basket team, led by Nancy, was just amazing. I could not have asked for anything better. They were incredibly accommodating and even offered suggestions along the way with honesty and experience. The service was perfect and professional. The food is seriously the BEST. Our guests are still raving about the food and we are continuously being asked what catering company we used! We constantly recommend the market basket. We even got our cake from there and it was absolutely delicious. I can not say enough about Nancy and her team. Everybody was extremely personable and attentive. From start to finish, the very best you can find...

From start to finish, the Market Basket team, led by Nancy, was exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating from early on with the tasting, which was fantastic, right up to the end with the most amazing food for our daughter's garden wedding. The service was perfect and the servers professional and attentive. But, honestly, the star of the wedding was their food. So many guests commented on how delicious everything was. The team at the Market Basket worked with us adjusting the menu several times until it was perfect. Overall, I can not say enough about Nancy and her team (especially the chef!!) and highly recommend them. We will always be grateful for their amazing support of our daughter's wedding.

Trish Brady with the Market Basket was SUCH a pleasure to work with and made our dream wedding come to life! My husband and I were opinionated and particular and she catered to what we BOTH wanted according to our budget. We loved every minute of planning with her and she made our wedding 100% perfection, by setting up our decor, creating food displays and keeping the timeline as organized as possible. (Even with my very drunk husband :)) We HIGHLY recommend teaming up with Trish from the market basket.....OH and the food was the BEST! (You may think I'm biased because it was our wedding but really we had pass arounds at cocktail hour, food stations (Sushi, taco, past & carving station) and dessert and the food was (ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!)

PERFECTION!
I am so glad that we chose the Market Basket to cater our wedding. The food was PHENOMENAL and that was very important to us. Months later people still comment on how delicious everything was, and because we had our event catered, we got to keep all of the leftovers. We ate like kings for weeks! The service was like nothing I have ever seen or experienced. Our lead waitress, Donna, was an absolute joy, and all of the servers and staff were professional and lovely. They transformed our wedding day from great to AMAZING. Would hire them again in a second!

I used market basket for the caterer for my outdoor wedding in July. Trisha was who I worked with. I can't even to begin to say how easy she made the process. The food was outrageous and everyone is still talking about how good it was. We had a 100 people and ordered for 85, we had so much food left over. They definitely give you enough of everything. Would recommend this place to everyone. Definitely would use them again and again.
