Marigold's Food Truck & Catering offers clients the opportunity to have a tasting before their big day. These occasions consist of four entrees, a salad, and a side or appetizer. Available options such as dried cherry and spinach salad, herb stuffed pork loin, Korean beef, and peas in creamy dill sauce are all on the menu. On the day of the wedding, Marigold's Food Truck & Catering arrives up to two hours early and provides event services for approximately three hours. Should clients want more than three hours allotted to their event, they can request that more are added.
