Her knowledge, as a coordinator, is really shown in pre-planning days with top notch organization. Day of the wedding, Ashley and Isabella were there ready to go help manage many venue details. Transitioning from ceremony to cocktail hour, droplets of makeup literally fell on my white dress. A moment that could have really affected me beyond the details. Ashley was quick to attend to me, and helped remove all the stains! It was a personal touch that really eased my day, and helped me look my best. Ashely pours herself into her business, and cares about her clients. I recommend planning services with this team!

Ashley and her team were absolutely incredible to work with. She played so many different roles and she executed them to perfection. She was a guide helping us navigating the industry, customs, and the marriage process. She was my fierce ally when I had any hiccup with the vendor she would communicate with them so things were smoothed out. She was my goalie making sure that absolutely nobody bothered me or my husband so that we could be stress free. She was my designer extraordinaire, I wanted to have a beauty and the beast themed wedding but I didn’t know what to do to execute that so she studied the movie and came up with the most beautiful designs that captured the theme without being childish. So many people complimented how beautiful everything looked without looking like a children’s party. She was incredibly detailed down to the font that she used on my table numbers which was beauty and the beast font. She was absolutely incredible she really gave me the most beautiful day that I ever had and all stress free. Hire her you will not regret it.

As a wedding florist myself, I enjoy working with Ashley of Mara Events for her professionalism, consistent communication & flexibility. When the time came for my own wedding, I knew I can trust and rely on her. Ashley & her team delivered a very creative design, completely changing the look of the venue. From the very beginning, she displayed a complete lack of respect and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly disastrous journey. Consistently late even on the wedding day when team started and 4 am she shewed up merely minutes before the ceremony started. It was as if our time and the extensive planning needed for the event meant nothing to her.
But the real issue goes beyond her chronic lateness. This planner had the audacity to take credit for the hard work and dedication of our entire team, attempting to bask in the glory of our efforts while contributing virtually nothing herself. It was a slap in the face to everyone who had poured their heart and soul into making this event a success.
Our design team, in particular, worked tirelessly to create a stunning Taj Mahal-like installation, paying meticulous attention to every single detail to ensure perfection. Yet, this planner, with her malicious intent and overwhelming greed, decided it was not enough. She was furious that our team was able to deliver on her outlandish plans—plans that she initially believed were unachievable. The installation, standing over 20 feet high and requiring 12 hours of labor, was a testament to our team's skills and dedication.
However, this planner's greed and desire for control knew no bounds. Merely minutes before the ceremony was set to begin, she demanded a complete reset of the installation, fully aware that such a request was impossible to fulfill in the given timeframe. It was as if she wanted to sabotage the entire event, attempting to make everyone else look incompetent while she played the innocent victim.
Her demeanor throughout the entire process was nothing short of unprofessional. She lacked empathy, understanding, and any semblance of remorse for the chaos she caused. She defended her disastrous decisions as if they were minor oversights, showing no accountability for the damage she inflicted on the event and the morale of our team.
We have encountered many professionals in our line of work, but never have we come across someone as detrimental and toxic as this wedding planner. Her actions not only jeopardized the event but also demoralized every single person who worked diligently to ensure its success.
