Mandarin Flower Co. was founded in 2006 by two sisters, Sofia and Victoria Avila. We consider it a privilege and an honor to have had the opportunity of growing up not only around the beauty of flowers, but to have been immersed in a family tradition of the pursuit of excellence through beauty.

We are proud to be the third generation to work with flowers. Our grandfather was a passionate investigator of the cross-breeding of unusual flower varieties; our grandmother’s love of flowers and her insistence that the house be full of blooms is a necessity that has been transmitted to her descendants. The next generation ventured formally into floral and event design; our mother Rosa Maria and our uncle Tiburzcio are talented floral and event designers with over twenty years of experience creating spectacular events. We have a lifetime of learning from true artists of floral design, and this motivated us to open our own studio.
