Maly Blomberg Photography is a passionate wedding and family photography company located on Long Island in Lindenhurst, New York that serves couples all over New York City. Maly, the owner and lead photographer of this creative business, only takes on 15 weddings per year, in order to give you the time and attention you deserve. She use a mix of styles, including traditional, contemporary and photojournalistic, to capture your big day from start to finish. Experience Maly Blomberg fell in love with photography after taking a two-month workshop for it in Interior Design school. She started assisting with a friend, and honed her lighting and technical skills. After two years of treating photography as a hobby, Maly decided to pursue it full time. She shot many commercial jobs in Peru before moving to New York City. She got married herself in 2011, and now has a unique perspective on what couples are going through during their planning process.

Maly and her team did such an amazing job on the photos for our wedding! She had coverage for both my husband and I during the pre-wedding activities so we have beautiful photos of my husband and his great uncle. Maly was unobtrusive during the wedding - we never felt her presence but clearly she got some amazing photos! The candids from the cocktails and dance floor are priceless, but I am most grateful for the family photos and posed shots of me and my husband. She captured moments we don't even remember. I have never felt more beautiful and happy than on my wedding day and I am thrilled Maly was able to capture all of that on camera.
We were so happy with our wedding photos that Maly has since taken our maternity and newborn photo. We will use her again an again!

We chose Maly for our wedding for not only her beautiful eye with the camera BUT her AMAZING personality - it kept our wedding party having fun and interested during photo taking time. Plus I knew I needed someone fun and lively to keep my husband focussed while getting his photo taken...he loved her! And thus our photos were spectacular. We had SO much fun with Maly.
She also did an absolutely perfect job on our wedding book - it's stunning and would've taken ages to put together.
ALSO! She had photos of our wedding on Facebook THAT NIGHT of the wedding, which was so amazing for our friends and family who live in Australia and couldn't make our wedding in the States. She worked so hard that day and late in to the night and STILL put photos up for us. She's amazing :) We love her and HIGHLY recommend her xxxx

We were introduced to Maly by a good friend - Maly had shot 3 of his cousin's weddings. It goes to show how good word-of-mouth can be. Maly is a fantastic photographer, she has a great eye for set photos, the people she brings on are great, and she loves to work with you. For us, she went along with a surprise (for the bride) to setup a photo booth during the wedding.
I think Maly works best in an environment where you have a general outline of what pictures you want, and you want someone with real artistic talent to fill in the rest. At both our engagement and wedding pictures, the best results were from times where Maly saw an opportunity that we could not have ever planned for.
We love how all of our pictures came out, and would highly recommend her to anyone!

No solo por sus increibles fotos, donde no dude en hacer cesion de Novios, Boda y Trash the Dress, sino por su profesionalismo, carisma y responsabilidad con todo lo que tenga que ver con su trabajo. Maly brilliantly captured the love and joy shared at our wedding in Reims, France. Her beautiful photographs captured the many "magical moments" - stunning shots that my husband and I along with our family and friends continue to cherish.
Working with Maly was really wonderful, she was prepared and ever attentive but managed to be completely unobtrusive. She worked hard while our guests and I enjoyed the day.
We are very demanding people and it takes true talent to impress us. Actions speak louder than words. Maly is based in New York and we live in Hong Kong. Every year since our wedding, we continue to fly Maly to Hong Kong to capture our expanding family. She has since awarded us with amazing photographs of our son.
