They will let you know if what you want is going to last through the kind of environment you are going to put it through. No up-selling. They would rather you buy what you want (even if you have to save for it & come back later) than sell you something you are not happy with. They will work with you to help you buy what you want at a price you can afford.

By far the best quality!!! I'm currently wearing a pair of gold hoop earrings I got to pick out for my 18th birthday with my grandparents...that was 20 YEARS AGO!!! My mother had her wedding ring custom made, 41 years ago, never a loose stone or needed repair. All my jewelry from Maloof has been the best pieces I've ever owed. Everything from anywhere else has either broke or lost a stone or needed some kind of repair.

I trust them much more than I would any shopping mall jeweler, and they offer 40% off the retail price for much of their selection. Both my husband and I went with white gold bands, and mine is channel set with diamonds. We were able to pick up the rings, polished and perfect, the day before the ceremony.
