Best Jeweler EVER!!!

Hands down, the best, most reputable, fair, honest, and trustworthy jewelry store! Maloof is the only jewelry store I will shop in Michigan. They sell pieces by weight, right in front of you. They will let you know if what you want is going to last through the kind of environment you are going to put it through. No up-selling. They would rather you buy what you want (even if you have to save for it & come back later) than sell you something you are not happy with. They will work with you to help you buy what you want at a price you can afford.

By far the best quality!!! I'm currently wearing a pair of gold hoop earrings I got to pick out for my 18th birthday with my grandparents...that was 20 YEARS AGO!!! My mother had her wedding ring custom made, 41 years ago, never a loose stone or needed repair. All my jewelry from Maloof has been the best pieces I've ever owed. Everything from anywhere else has either broke or lost a stone or needed some kind of repair.

Great jeweler! My husband bought my engagement ring here and we then went back for our wedding rings. Beautiful jewelry for great prices.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have a stone passed down from generations. Maloof was the only jeweler that I would trust with such a valuable. They helped us pick out a beautiful setting and I could not be happier with the end result. We received great service from all of the staff. We will absolutely use them for all our our jewelry needs in the future.

Best Jeweler in town! I have my rings, my mom and dad have they rings, my aunt uncles, even my grandparents only choose maloofs for jewelry!!

Having a personal relationship with a jeweler is so important, and we found Maloof's to have a knowledgeable and helpful staff. Joe, Jim, and Renee were great each time we went in there, and it took us a few trips to make up our minds!

I trust them much more than I would any shopping mall jeweler, and they offer 40% off the retail price for much of their selection. Both my husband and I went with white gold bands, and mine is channel set with diamonds. We were able to pick up the rings, polished and perfect, the day before the ceremony.

I won't tell you the price (sorry!) but I will let you know that when you shop with Maloof's, you will not only get the friendly customer service you expect from a retail shop, but you also get the knowledge and experience of a family who has been in the business for generations. They also have all of the "new" metals, like titanium, tungsten, palladium, platinum, and steel.

They were willing to work in the cost range my fiancee was sticking to. Didn't try to get him out of his comfort zone to boost their sales or commission. The ring is very unique and exactly what I requested. I wanted something that no one else was wearing, and he found just that!

Poor retailing

I brought in a emerald ring with a missing stone and prong. Also my fiance took in his father's ring to have made larger. The lady we spoke to was quick to tell us she couldn't help us with either. I suppose the need a real jeweler. Lucidos Fine Jewelry gave us no problem for an amazing price.
