I've been officiating weddings since 1988 when I began serving in vocational ministry. I've conducted weddings in many different venues over the years. Living in the Panama City area has afforded me an opportunity to conduct weddings on the world's most beautiful beaches at one of the most popular destination wedding spots there is-Panama City Beach and surrounding beaches.
