Well, after looking through the images on this page, you might notice a theme...natural, radiant, glowy, NEVER CAKEY makeup. And that's not a coincidence. After 5+ years in the industry, owner Samara Perchick has become known for her effortless, soft-glam style that is recognizable and sought after throughout the Triangle. Her main goal is for clients to look in the mirror and recognize their reflection and feel like an elevated but natural glowy version of themselves. Wait, this is weird talking in the third person..let me introduce myself.

Introduction

Hi! I'm Samara, and I'm so excited you're here! A little background on me: I have my Bachelors of Fine Arts degree and take color matching VERY seriously. Everything else, not so much. I'm a lover of Bravo, the beach, local news (my last name is a hint), and a skincare and makeup product junkie. Speaking of, let's get to the real reason you're here...to learn what I do!

I offer *natural glow* makeup application for all types of clients...bridal, bridal parties, engagements, family pictures, special events, wedding guests, etc.! In addition to that, I offer one-on-one lessons to teach and empower women (of ALL ages!) to learn how to create a *natural glow* look themselves! One of the first things you'll notice about makeupxsamara isn't anything tangible; it's a feeling. After nearly 15 years in customer relations, I take pride in providing exceptional service and attention to every single client. I am known for my friendly and warm personality, and believe in leading with kindness and honesty always. I am an excellent communicator, I respond quickly to emails and texts and deeply care about making each client feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after sitting in my chair.

One of the most unique things about my business model is the pricing structure. As a recent bride myself, I don't believe in charging more JUST because you're the bride; in fact, I think it's unfair and borderline ridiculous to do that. I charge the same for EVERY client because I put the same amount of care and focus into each face I have the privilege of working on. This also means that I am equally grateful and excited to glam wedding guests as I am the bridal party. Oh, and I also don't charge extra for lashes :).

Another thing that sets my business apart from others you might encounter...I never edit or use filters on ANY pictures of myself or clients, ever. No judgment toward those that do, but I don't believe in false advertising, and I'm personally exhausted of the cookie-cutter fake everything look perpetuated (especially to young girls) on social media. What makes us beautiful are our unique differences, and my goal is to enhance YOUR unique beauty.
