I hired Samara last minute after my original plan for makeup for my rehearsal dinner fell through. I could not have asked for a better, more talented makeup artist. Samara made me feel instantly at ease with her friendliness and professionalism. More importantly, she made me feel the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in my entire life. If I had known how skilled and professional Samara was, I would have hired her to do the makeup for me and my bridal party on my wedding day. She has a lot of experience with different types of makeup and is used to working on all ages and skin types, which I found out after I later hired her to do makeup for another event with my mom and grandmother (it goes without saying that everyone was thrilled with their makeup and the party guests were gushing about how great we all looked). I’ve had my makeup done by dozens of people, but no one makes me look as gorgeous as Samara does. -

Samara and her makeup assistant Katie made my mom, my bridesmaids, and me feel beautiful from the inside out! They were both so kind and did a wonderful job making us glow while still looking like ourselves. I was nervous about professional makeup, but with Samara, I had no reason to be! She is incredibly talented and will make you feel like the most gorgeous version of yourself. -

Samara makes you feel right at home the second she gets started! I used Samara for her makeup lessons and left feeling empowered and like I could actually accomplish what it took for a beautiful face rather than overwhelmed and intimidated. Hiring Samara to provide makeup services for me and my wedding party was one of the best decisions I made! From the beginning, Samara was fast and transparent in all her communications, making it really easy to coordinate the details and feel confident about booking with her. Leading up to the big day, Samara was flexible with changes to the final schedule, and we did a trial together where she walked me through different options and took detailed notes on what I wanted for my wedding day. All of this prep made the wedding day a breeze -- Samara stayed ahead of schedule and made everyone in her chair feel so comfortable. I had people in my wedding party who are used to wearing very little makeup, and Samara worked with each of them to make sure they loved the finished look. I was so happy with how everyone’s makeup turned out and highly recommend working with Samara for all your future wedding needs! -

Samara did an absolutely beautiful job with wedding day makeup for me, my sister, my mom, and my now mother-in-law. I was nervous about having someone do my makeup because of previous bad experiences, but Samara made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself!!! I ended up with a smooth complexion, natural skin tone, and subtle enhancements of my features. I didn’t feel like I was overdone, but there was enough to last through many, many, many happy tears. As an additional bonus, I didn’t end up with a huge breakout the next day (an issue with other times I’ve had my makeup done)! I was also impressed by Samara’s work with my mom, who almost never wears makeup. She added the perfect touches to make my mom look simultaneously glamorous and like herself. With a talented eye for color matching and a warm personality that puts those in her chair at ease, Samara is truly gifted at what she does and I highly recommend her! -

Samara and Genevieve were the best possible glam squad a bride could ask for. As someone who doesn’t typically wear a lot of makeup, it was very anxiety inducing to give over control to someone on such an important day but Samara made me feel so comfortable every step of the way, truly listened to my goal of natural glow, and the end result was nothing short of perfection. Natural but elevated and accentuated my features in the best way. I felt like the most beautiful version of myself, all thanks to her. Such a joy to work with and extremely talented in her craft. -

Samara is amazing at what she does. I am always nervous when I get my makeup professionally done that it will be "too much" and that I will come out of my appointment looking like a clown. Samara created a beautiful, natural look that stayed the entire night (from 3:00 in the afternoon until midnight)--no smudging, smearing, etc. I felt confident and was able to enjoy the night without worrying about my makeup! I will definitely be calling Samara again. -

I had such an amazing experience with Samara- first her skill is phenomenal. I was a 42 year old bride and felt gorgeous, dewy, glowing and natural. She put me and my bridal party at ease and was able to make my friends who wanted more glam to have that, and those wanting lighter touch to have that. She also has an amazing personality and spirit so it added to the joy of the day. I had a prior makeup trial with another artist that left me worried. With Samara, I was 100% confident that my friends and I would look amazing. And we did. So glad I found her! You should book her asap! -

I attended her Masterclass demo & was impressed w/the knowledge Samara shared to improve our appearance & enhance our features. Oh Samara! Thorough makeup artist that will ask the most poignant questions to ensure she delivers your winning look. Clear and timely communication throughout the whole process. She’s so invested in you looking and feeling like yourself - she’ll start light and take it up as many notches as you feel comfortable with. I LOVE that - I wanted to look as natural as possible on my wedding day - allowing my moles to shine through and she delivered.
She’s an artist, but most importantly, she’s a genuine good soul. Such great energy to be around especially on a day in which you want to have positivity engulf you.

I have to be honest, I thought about doing my own makeup for my wedding because I have had so many bad experiences with MUA's at weddings I have been in. I was very skeptical but thank goodness I took a chance on Samara because she is the absolute BEST! She was very responsive and accommodating when it came to scheduling my trial and preparing for my wedding day. She also had great recommendations for skin prep, nails, etc leading up to the wedding day. I knew I wanted a more natural look and she did just that. It lasted ALL night! I have never felt more confident and beautiful than I did on my wedding day. So, if you are considering Samara as your MUA, don't think anymore, just do it! -

Never Felt More Beautiful
Samara made me feel absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day! Her natural make up style made me look like myself, but more glam, which was just what I wanted. I didn't even feel like I was wearing make up, and it lasted the whole day!
Samara is great to work with; she is responsive to client inquiries, and works with your schedule to make your wedding day look a reality. I enjoyed my make up trial session; she explained exactly what products she was using, and their purposes. Her skill, expertise, responsiveness, and organization are well worth the value! -

I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with Samara. She is incredibly personable and just a joy to be around - from the pre-wedding trial to the 5:30am getting ready time on my wedding day, she was an excellent communicator and responsive to all of the questions/comments/concerns that my bridal party and I had for her.
I’d recommend Samara to every Bride-to-Be wanting to feel pampered and to look like the best version of herself on her wedding day. I can honestly say that I’ve NEVER felt more beautiful in my life than I did on my wedding day! And, most importantly, I still looked like myself! Samara enhances your natural beauty without covering you up in cakey make up like I’ve seen MUAs do to other brides at other weddings to the point where the Bride looked like a completely different person. Myself and every lady in my wedding party were truly glowing, with our best features enhanced- looking like beautifully elevated versions of ourselves.
On the morning of the wedding, Samara showed up early with a friendly and equally talented MUA friend (Genevieve) to help get all 8 women in my bridal party looking glowing, flawless, and beautiful in time for my 10am wedding! Samara and Genevieve were so kind and professional, working in a cramped hotel room with 8 clients, 1 photographer, 1 hair stylist, and my father + others constantly churning in to ask me questions while we were getting ready. She even expertly and politely handled my pushy relatives while she was putting false lashes on me with surgical precision!!
(I wish I had more photos of me on my wedding day to show but I haven’t gotten ceremony pictures back from my photographer)
So STOP your search NOW and go with Samara. You’ll be so glad you did! 💕

I wanted to feel beautiful on my big day and I'm so thankful I found Samara! I knew her approach and her style aligned with my vision, and she did not disappoint. I was confident i'd made the right choice when my mom and I attended my bridal trial. Samara was warm, friendly and welcoming, and I loved the results from my trial. Samara arrived early on wedding day, got set up, and got straight to work. She did my makeup along with 4 other members of my wedding party. Everyone looks gorgeous, timeless, and natural. I'd absolutely recommend Samara to anyone who wants to feel beautiful and authentic to themselves :) -

Samara was absolutely amazing to work with! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a natural but flawless look for a wedding, photoshoot or special event. She is not only highly skilled, but she is also a beautiful person inside and out. As someone who does not wear much makeup in my daily life, I was nervous about wearing a full face for my wedding. Samara was not only sweet and supportive but she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and that I felt comfortable and happy. The result was a look that translated beautifully to photos while also allowing me feel like myself in real life. I did a trial and day-of makeup, which I highly recommend as the trial went a long way to give me confidence throughout the process so that I could relax and enjoy the big day. GLOWING to the chapel
I wish I could post a picture to show what an amazing job Samara did with my makeup. I was obsessed with my glowy look and I wish I could have her do my make up every day. Love my new look
I made an appointment with Samara because I wanted a fresh no natural glow look. She took the time to explain every step and even helped me learn how to apply everything myself. At the end she provided me a step by step guide so I could easily replicate my look without her. The whole experience made me feel like a princess and helps me feel like a princess everyday.
I may not be a new bride but could easily be a mother of the bride and this is a service everyone’s mother would love. -

Gala Event
I am 55 and wanted to feel special at an event I was a cochair for. Samara was amazing!!! Her expertise make me look and feel special without feeling like ao hd a ton of makeup on. Samara Perchick is an extremely talented make up artist. Before I consulted with Samara, I wore only lipgloss and mascara. AFTER meeting with Samara, I have the ability to create a “no make up face”, a glamorous night out face..and every look in between. She taught me the correct colors to use, products and provided step by step instructions during the consult and afterwards with an email (which contained the application steps with links to all the products she used)
Samara is a beautiful woman inside and out and consulting with her a pleasure and is a opportunity that should not be missed.
