We worked with Styles by Callie and Makeup by Sarah Lord for our August wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful. Sarah went above and beyond during my trial to talk through every detail of the look I wanted. We worked closely together to make sure I would look and feel my best on such an important day. On the wedding day, Sarah and her team provided makeup for a group of bridesmaids and two moms, and everyone received exactly the look they hoped for. Most importantly, our makeup lasted beautifully late into the night. I highly recommend Sarah — she’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly makes you feel your best!

Sarah and her team are AMAZING! I almost never wear makeup, and was very nervous going into my trial. Sarah instantly put me at ease, and gave me a perfectly natural elevated look. I looked like me (but better!!!). She gave me all kinds of tips and tricks on how to prep for the wedding, and was adored by my entire wedding party and family. Sarah has a warm, calming presence. She made all of my girlfriends feel listened to, cared for, and beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous makeup artist (and all around great person!).

Sarah, Callie, and their assistants were so excellent. All 7 bridesmaids, the moms, and I could not have felt more beautiful. Our make up lasted all night and our hair stayed put! They were professional and so fun to hang out with in the bridal suite. They were also quick and effective communicators during the planning process. I cannot recommend them enough!

Sarah was flexible, talented, and professional. I went for a no-makeup makeup look and Sarah pulled it off beautifully. My photos looked so natural but I still had great definition and an even complexion. Amazing work and I'd definitely hire her again!

Sarah is nothing but amazing! From start to finish she was so kind, understanding and professional. She took her time to really see my vision and understand exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t fully understand what I wanted myself. Sarah and Callie were my fairy godmothers swooping in 5 weeks before our wedding after having a horrible experience with a past team. Sarah’s work is phenomenal – I never looked so good while still looking like myself. Plus, my makeup still looked perfect after eating, dancing, and for sure sweating on the 98 degree outdoor wedding. My family still talks about Sarah, our makeup and how we all never felt better -- even my mother who hates when others do her makeup. We could not have been happier with our makeup experience with Sarah and her team. Sarah, her assistant Kate, and her business partner Callie (who did our hair) were absolute all-stars for our wedding. After my trial I realized I wanted to make a few tweaks and Sarah and Callie were so patient on the day and made sure to check in and be sure I was happy with the result. Our entire wedding party looked amazing but more than that Sarah & Callie brought the absolute best energy. They were so fun and friendly I practically wish they were in my bridal party as well!

What was also great was how efficient and adaptable they were. They were able to come to our hotel room and were so great in keeping everything clean and organized in a compact space and allowed us to really lounge all day. Sarah & Callie pride themselves on being extremely on-time (which I have learned can be an issue with hair and makeup) and finished with plenty of time to spare.

I would recommend Sarah and her team to anyone looking for a beautiful and natural look and someone who wants good energy on their wedding day!
