I got married on July 11, 2025, and I truly cannot recommend Sarah enough as a makeup artist. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I have never felt so beautiful, glam, and yet completely like myself.
Sarah was not only professional and incredibly talented, but also a calming, positive presence to have around on the morning of the wedding. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, and she made everything feel easy and stress-free.
We did a makeup trial beforehand, and she was so open to feedback. She listened carefully to my preferences and made thoughtful adjustments, all while using her expert eye to ensure I would look my best both in person and in photos.
On the big day, she also did a phenomenal job with my bridesmaids, my mom, mother-in-law, and grandmother — everyone looked stunning and felt confident.
If you're looking for someone who is skilled, kind, and truly understands how to make you look and feel your best, Sarah is the one! -

Sarah made me feel absolutely perfect on my special day, and her makeup lasted flawlessly throughout the entire event. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her friendly, accommodating, communicative, talented, and funny nature made her feel like an extension of the bridal party rather than just a vendor. Everyone who had their makeup done by Sarah loved the results, as she highlighted their natural beauty without making the makeup feel heavy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

Incredible Wedding Make-Up Artist!
When looking for a make-up artist for our wedding, I knew I wanted someone who conveyed a natural look, but also a look that was timeless. Sarah has such a great eye - every single member of my bridal party was genuinely happy with the way their make-up turned out and I was blown away. Sarah went above and beyond (even from my trial) - I truly felt my best! And despite the tears during the ceremony, my make-up stayed perfectly in place all night long! Highly recommend Sarah and her team! -

Sarah and her team are AMAZING! I almost never wear makeup, and was very nervous going into my trial. Sarah instantly put me at ease, and gave me a perfectly natural elevated look. I looked like me (but better!!!). She gave me all kinds of tips and tricks on how to prep for the wedding, and was adored by my entire wedding party and family. Sarah has a warm, calming presence. She made all of my girlfriends feel listened to, cared for, and beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous makeup artist (and all around great person!). -

Sarah, Callie, and their assistants were so excellent. All 7 bridesmaids, the moms, and I could not have felt more beautiful. Our make up lasted all night and our hair stayed put! They were professional and so fun to hang out with in the bridal suite. They were also quick and effective communicators during the planning process. I cannot recommend them enough! -

Sarah is nothing but amazing! From start to finish she was so kind, understanding and professional. She took her time to really see my vision and understand exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t fully understand what I wanted myself. Sarah and Callie were my fairy godmothers swooping in 5 weeks before our wedding after having a horrible experience with a past team. Sarah’s work is phenomenal – I never looked so good while still looking like myself. Plus, my makeup still looked perfect after eating, dancing, and for sure sweating on the 98 degree outdoor wedding. My family still talks about Sarah, our makeup and how we all never felt better -- even my mother who hates when others do her makeup. I will recommend this team time and time again and can’t wait for our next event so I can get glammed by them again! Thank you Sarah!! -

BEAUTIFUL natural wedding day makeup
One of my main goals for my wedding day was to look like myself. Sarah totally understood that and she expertly made sure that my makeup looked beautiful, yet natural. Additionally, she took into consideration my concern about darker lip colors and heavy lashes, and suggested a lip color and lash size that were perfect for me! Day-of, she and her team made me and my bridal party look like movie stars! They worked quickly and got us all done ahead of schedule. I am so appreciate that she was part of the glam squad for my wedding! -

I hired Sarah and her bestie, Callie, for hair and make-up for my wedding last August (2021). Let me say that I am SO thankful that I had them on my team! Working with Sarah, Callie, and their assistant, Kate, was easy, comfortable, and made for a relaxing morning getting ready for my wedding. As professional as they are, they are also just really fun to be around! This team works in tandem beautifully and my bridesmaids and I all had time to get ready and have touch ups with time to spare. When it came to makeup, Sarah listened to everyone's individual tastes and my bridesmaid's were thrilled with the results. It was also a zillion degrees out and Sarah knew the right type of makeup to ensure we stayed photo-ready throughout the day. For hair, Callie was a magician. She can do thick, thin, short, long hair you name it. She did a combination of updos and down-styles that flattered everyone. Kate was an awesome addition who blending in with Sarah and Callie beautifully. I also had a very positive experience at my trial before the wedding and would highly recommend to do! I would recommend Sarah, Callie, and their team for our wedding, you won't be disappointed! -

Sarah did my makeup for my very small pandemic wedding ceremony and I am truly blown away! Working as a nurse, I don’t wear much makeup- let alone recently. Sarah absolutely nailed my vision and perfected the look for the big day; with the perfect amount of coverage while still looking natural. She is responsive, punctual, and I felt totally at ease while she was working with me. 10/10 recommend! -

Sarah and Callie were an incredible dynamic duo - I couldn’t be happier that they were a part of our wedding day. They were incredibly calming and put all of us at ease all morning as we got ready. They incorporated my feedback from our trial and worked to give me exactly the right look (even though I didn’t know what I wanted when I first came to them!) We wanted natural looks that still photographed well and felt special, and Sarah struck exactly the right balance on makeup. My bridesmaids all had different levels of comfort with makeup and hair styling, and Sarah and Callie successfully managed all of the different requests. They were also amazing with my flower girl and mom, and made them feel a part of the party. I’ve never felt so beautiful as I did in Sarah and Callie’s hands. I can’t recommend them enough!! -

We hired Sarah (makeup) and Callie (hair) for our wedding at the Barn at Gibbet Hill. Before the big day we did a hair and makeup trial in their space in Newburyport. It was a great afternoon getting to know the girls and figuring out exactly what style we would do day of. On our wedding day, Sarah and Callie were punctual, professional, and so easy to be around. Even though we had a small bridal party, they were sure not to rush anyones services and everyone was thrilled with their result. They listened to each person and tailored their look to what they wanted. They truly made each one of us feel amazing! They make a wonderful team that you would be lucky to have on your big day!! -

Sarah was one of the first choices I made in my wedding planning about two years out from the date and was without a doubt, one of the best choices I made.
Sarah was easy to work with, accommodating to my bridal party, and is an incredibly talented make-up artist. Each of my bridesmaids were at ease in the getting ready process and in love with their make-up. It makes a world of a difference when each gal LOVES how they look and feel. The pictures of the bridal party that we received back are proof of that, as everyone was glowing. We also did not need many touch-ups after a long day of photos as the make-up held perfectly.
Make your wedding day make-up easy and beautiful by choosing Sarah! I would highly recommend her to all future brides! -

I was looking for a makeup artist to do my bridesmaids makeup on the day of my wedding. Sarah was such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning - extremely responsive, professional and friendly!
My bridesmaids were looking for a more natural look (“them” but more polished/refined), and Sarah made every single one look gorgeous on the day of the wedding and her work photographed so well! Not to mention lasted all through the night of dancing! Thanks Sarah!!

Megan Sent on 09/28/2018Sarah was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better make-up artist but Sarah was SO much more than that. On the day of the wedding, her and Callie agreed to do a package to do hair and make up both at home and on site. I kept them through the ceremony. Sarah not only helped and stayed for touch ups through the ceremony but we ran into numerous issues with the rental company on the day of. She continued to monitor everything for us throughout the night and even helped to place the chairs for my ceremony when they arrived 35 minutes before ceremony start time. She acted as my second photographer and helped take pictures to keep me calm when things were being set up and she had finished my make up. I paid for a makeup artist and got SO MUCH MORE. I was impressed with her work on the make up - the natural look and the quality of product used.... but everything together made her deserve even more than this 5 star review. -

I’m the first to admit I don’t know the first thing about makeup but Sarah makes you feel comfortable and I had no difficulties trusting her. I wanted a natural look and nothing over the top…wanting to look like myself on my wedding day of course and she delivered just that! Sarah arrived at my hotel room on time and jumped right in, she is very easy to talk to and it felt like she was a part of the group :) I heard so many compliments that night on how great everyone in the bridal party looked. I’m so happy that Sarah was able to do the makeup for my wedding day; she put me at ease, listened to everyone’s requests, and made me feel beautiful…what more can you ask for?!? -

Kristen Sent on 11/20/2017I got married this past Friday 11/17/17 and I cannot say enough about Sarah! She arrived to my hotel room in Portsmouth NH on time and entered with such a calm yet excited presence! She eased any nerves I had for my big day instantly. She immediately began making my bridesmaids even more beautiful than they already are! She was so efficient and flexible to keep moving from one girl to the next to be sure we were on time for pictures! She was able to listen to each girls requests but keep the natural look I was hoping for! Each and every one of my girls looked and felt gorgeous! My bridal makeup was everything I imagined it would be and I really cannot thank Sarah enough. We received compliments all day about how stunning the entire bridal party was! I can't express my gratitude to Sarah and her team for getting my big day off to a great start with lasting beauty that looked just as good at the end of the night (even after crazy strong and cold wind/temps for outdoor pictures)! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE do not book with her.
I unfortunately booked with Sarah months ago and she had agreed to do hair and makeup services at my wedding. During my trial I was left with a face with my eyebrows not even touched, my breakouts still showing and cheap strip lashes that fell off an hour after leaving the appointment. For such a high price I expected far more and expressed my dislike which was not fixed or followed up on. Apparently she was too busy with other weddings to address my concerns. Because of this, I hired another girl to do just myself and my mom which was "breach of contract" even after stating we didn't like how we looked with no solution offered. Instead of understanding I was unhappy with my BRIDAL makeup she refused to service the rest of my bridesmaids and or give me a refund for the $1200 I had given her for a deposit. SUCH POOR BUSINESS MANGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do your research before booking with her. The makeup sucks and so does her attitude. Mind blown at how awful she handled this. She made it clear she is just in it for the money and doesn't give a shit about you or your wedding day
