The Majestic Inn is the best hotel and one of the more "manicured" venues in the Skagit Valley. It has numerous rooms/areas to have an event based on your wants, needs, and guest count.

My husband and I were left high and dry by another venue after COVID hit, and needed to find something within the Skagit Valley, as we were planning on getting married in a church in Mount Vernon. Majestic Inn is very well outfitted for events. They have decorations you can use, and a variety of chair, table, and linen options to dress the room or area for what you want your wedding to look like.

We ended up not being able to have a traditional wedding reception that we had originally planned for after restrictions were put in place in Washington State. We still got married at the church we had wanted to have our ceremony at in Mount Vernon, but since traditional receptions were not advised, we had a seated dinner out in the courtyard through the Majestic Inn's 5th Avenue Bistro. We seated people according to household outside in tables of 5 or less. Cheyenne, the event manager, worked through everything with us to make sure we still had a special day, and helped us work in small details to make it our own. The dinner was great, and the ambiance of just having some where to go with our immediate family and closest friends was so nice after the ceremony was over. Our small event was safely, and tastefully done. It ended up being absolutely perfect.

People in our wedding party stayed the entire weekend there, and I was there the night before the wedding. The bridesmaids and myself had breakfast ordered to be brought up to our room as we got our hair and make up done. We all stayed in their newer, more contemporary building. It's beautiful, clean, and welcoming!

The Majestic was a terrific venue for us. The ballroom was the perfect size for our 50 guests. The food was delicious and I heard several times that it was better than people expected. Best of all, the staff were all incredibly helpful. Kerra and Whitney helped out a lot and were really flexible, even with last-minute requests. The staff during the evening were professional and extremely helpful and accommodating.

We had our wedding reception at the Majestic Inn & Spa and it completely exceeded our expectations for the day! To start, the venue itself is gorgeous. The ballroom and courtyard are classy and inviting, perfect for some lawn games and mingling in the courtyard and an elegant indoor dinner. From start to finish the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Planning and booking with Kerra was a breeze; she was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. And Whitney, the coordinator, was an absolute gem! She was super helpful when we were planning the timeline and details of the wedding day and she set everything up so beautifully. We were blown away when we arrived at the reception! The food was delicious and our guests raved about the reception. Our wedding day was absolutely magical thanks to Kerra, Whitney, and the rest of the Majestic Inn & Spa staff. Thank you to all!!!

The Majestic Inn & Spa was an excellent venue for our wedding. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, helpful, and above all professional. The courtyard for the ceremony looked beautiful for our day (although it can get a little hot with the summer sun). We used the rooftop bar on top of the newer building for cocktail hour which has an amazing view. The food and drinks throughout the wedding were perfect, a good quality without being overly expensive. It's hard to cover everything because we honestly couldn't be happier with how everything worked out for our wedding. I will say the thing that stands out the most was the caliber of the service staff, they had that rare quality of always being there when you needed them and unnoticed when you didn't. Overall a great wedding venue with a fancy/swanky vibe without being too stuffy, and I can't really think of anything to complain about.

Oh my goodness!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Majestic Inn & Spa. My husband and I live in Minneapolis, MN and were recently married in Anacortes, WA. We love the Pacific Northwest, especially the San Juan Islands. We were engaged at Washington Park in Anacortes and having our wedding there was very special. We had our reception at the Majestic Inn & Spa and everything was absolutely perfect! Our wedding events coordinator, Abigail, was a dream to work with. We planned our entire wedding from Minnesota and Abigail was so incredibly helpful with so many details.. I never felt stressed! She truly went above and beyond for us. I would recommend paying for coordination services. So worth it! They took care of everything for us. The ballroom is gorgeous.. I could have lived in that room forever! The food was amazing, amazing, amazing! We really wanted to treat our guests well as everyone was traveling from out of state to be there. We ordered lots of appetizers for the cocktail hour and all my family and friends are still talking about how good they were! The dinner was fantastic! I recommend the rice pilaf and the citrus glazed salmon.. so yummy! At 10:00pm we did late night flatbreads. Such a good idea! All the staff were so kind, fun, wonderful and flexible. Of course we stayed at the Majestic as well as many of our family and friends. Because we had the entire second floor above the ballroom booked out, we were able to keep the party going until midnight! I recommend this as the night flew by! When my husband and I arrived back in our room that night, there were rose petals, chocolates, and champagne waiting for us.. we had no idea they were going to do that! Everyone at the Majestic treated us so well and made us feel so special. If you are thinking about choosing the Majestic Inn & Spa as your wedding venue, look no further! It's a beautiful, charming hotel and will always be a special place for us. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

The whole team at the Majestic made everything so easy! We booked roughly two years in advance and I'm pretty sure there was an event coordinator change on us about two or three months prior to our wedding. But even with that change no detail was missed and the transition was seamless! Both Abigail and Stina were quick to answer emails and gave their recommendations where it was needed. We stayed in the bridal suite which is the best room in the place and it did not disappoint! I haven't seen all of our pictures yet but this room was picture perfect and I'm positive some of our best pictures are from just in that room! I highly recommend booking that room over any other!

The Majestic has a "tower" almost like a lighthouse type of room where they typically do the first look and it was such a small space it gave us a good excuse to tell family and friends that it was just going to be us and the photographers for that special moment. The room gives you a beautiful 360° view of Anacortes (so awesome).

The servers and staff were awesome and friendly. And all of our decorations were ready for us to load into cars in the morning already packed into our boxes. They also kept praising my organization skills and that it was so easy for them. I think making it easier on them makes the whole experience better on everyone. I labeled each box with what items should go in them and provided images to help with our centerpieces since each one was different. I think this carried over into the customer service and ease of set up and tear down. Which again, was super easy and stress free.

I'm sure I could come up with more great things to say about the Majestic but that might be too long. So if you're ok with the travel to Anacortes this is an awesome venue and I can't give them a high enough recommendation!

The Majestic fulfilled ALL my daughter's (and my) expectations. It truly was 'the wedding of our dreams'. A small wedding by comparison to others, they created for her an intimate and truly elegant experience. We'd spent 3 full days searching for the right venue and knew shortly after we began the tour of the hotel that we'd found what she was looking for. Stina and her staff orchestrated the next 6 months and left us stress free. The Majestic was the perfect place for a couple who started out as best friends at 3 years old to begin their married life together. So lovely; I highly recommend them.

My husband & I were married at The Majestic September 17, 2016. Our Day of Coordinator, Stina, and the entire Majestic staff made sure it was our dream come true. With only 6 months to plan they made me a priority from the beginning. They were friendly, thorough, helpful and professional. Stina was there for me through the entire process, always ten steps ahead and prepared for all situations. She set up the ballroom with our decorations perfectly. I felt comfortable to let her take the reins so I could truly just relax and enjoy! She worked with all vendors to make sure our day went off without a hitch. The Pergola overlooking the entire city was the perfect place for us to get ready! When unexpected rainfall occurred on the day of our wedding Stina already had a backup plan to hold the ceremony in the ballroom. She had it beautifully decorated with her own items that matched my décor and colors. It was very intimate and perfect. Stina even had me do breathing exercises with her right before walking down the aisle. The smile on her face and calmness in her demeanor was very comforting! She had everything under total control. I must have hugged her every time I passed her at the reception thanking her. The staff worked to re-room a guest already booked into the Majestic Suite for me. They also decorated with rose petals and Champagne on the night of. The front office staff was amazing and went as far as making personal phones calls and delivering messages for me. The kitchen staff went out of their way to help me at the end of the evening by running around the building and unlocking a door for me so I didn’t have to walk so far. The entire hotel staff made us feel as though we were their only guests that weekend. Everyone raved about the amazing food! The venue itself is beautiful and full of character and elegance. It’s a magical place to have a dream wedding! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them! Thank you Stina & The Majestic! You are family!

My wife and I are so proud to tell people that we got married this Summer at the Majestic Inn and Spa in Anacortes. We were welcomed with open arms from the minute we started planning to the day we checked out after our Amazing wedding and reception. The staff, hospitality and customer service were always at the top of their game! We felt we were treated royally from little things to the big and fancy, making us feel like they were happy to have us there as guests.

We had the best experience! The staff was professional, detail oriented and really took care of us from planning through our wedding day! The venue is elegant and there were so many beautiful places to take photos. Their customer service is exceptional, they made our special day magical!
