I found Amanda through the Dallas Girl Gang Facebook group after asking for recommendations for wedding photographers for our socially-distanced micro wedding. (Thank you, COVID!)

Initially, my then-fiance and I wanted to do a destination wedding in Las Vegas but decided it wasn't worth the risk of having our family and friends make that trip during a pandemic.

At the last minute - and I mean LAST possible minute - we decided to rent a beautiful Airbnb on the San Marcos River to do an intimate, outdoor wedding ceremony with only our closest family and a few friends. We were dead set on keeping our date (10/10/2020), so I was in a bit of a panic to find a wedding photographer just 80 days before the wedding.

Amanda was very sweet and responsive. She offered us an incredible deal and drew up the contract immediately. We were able to sign and put down our deposit the very same day, which took a huge weight off of my shoulders.

On the day of our wedding, Amanda showed up right on time, and she captured the ceremony and reception beautifully. She was super friendly and easy to work with. We received all of our photos within a month. I honestly did not expect to have our pictures back so soon, so it was a very nice surprise for both of us.

I highly recommend Amanda, and she will be my first call for photography services in the future!

Absolutely amazing, I had the best experience I could ever ask for!!

I hired Amanda for my wedding and a boudoir session. She made me feel so at ease, and once she started posing me I truly knew I’d made the right decision. Posing and walking me through what to do was effortless for her.
I knew Amanda had had surgery a few weeks before my wedding and I was really nervous about her being able to stand and work. But she showed up with an assistant and a second photographer, which wasn’t in my package. I could see she struggled a bit at times, but her helpers stepped right in.
I had my wedding edits back in just a couple weeks. I honestly couldn’t tell there was any “less” in light of Amanda’s condition at the time. I was blown away. This girl is a pro. Book her now before she realizes how underpriced she is. I am forever grateful to share these beautiful images with my love.

All I have to say is wow! I actually found Amanda through my aunt who is neighbors with this amazing woman! My husband and I didn’t really know what to expect and had shopped around a lot of photographers and were so nervous about who to choose and let me just say...we made the right choice! She came loaded with lights many different people to help shoot and assist, to say that I felt like a celebrity at the met gala is an understatement. Her edits of the pictures make them look like they’re out of a magazine or something out of a fairy tale! They’re simply perfect. 10/10 would recommend for any photographer needs.

Amanda was a godsend in my planning process and wedding day, BUT after years of asking she never delivered any physical items from the contract, after paying hundreds extra. After 9 months I am out $2,600 and have been blocked by all her accounts and phone numbers. Google search and find reviews for Beautifully Lit and Mulberry Lane to show she has a trail of others in the same boat. She's changed her business, and I've lost access to the photos due to the website address changing in kind. She did the hard work, then took my money!
