We are so extremely happy we chose Magnolia to have our reception! They were wonderful to work with from start to finish and were there for me at every question or concern I had. Erica truly went above and beyond to make our day so special and I will be forever grateful to her and the staff for the most perfect day. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is already stressful but Erica made me feel so much less stressed and I felt like she truly cared about making our special day work. We had our rehearsal dinner venue back out due to being closed until 2021 because of covid and within a day and one email to Magnolia we were able to have it there with the same menu and everything. I cant stress enough how amazing this venue was. It is beautiful and in such an amazing spot downtown. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about their stay and the things to do around the hotel! Such a fun spot to have a wedding!

I cannot say enough about The Magnolia! Chris was absolutely amazing to work with and even recommended my wedding planner. The ballroom space is beautiful with the updates and renovations (it was amazing before but is even better now). I was able to give Chris my budget and a rough idea of what we were wanting to do, and he and the staff went above and beyond. We also stayed at the hotel and it was amazing! I would highly recommend the Magnolia to anyone getting married or for any event.

From touring the hotel, until the next day, this was amazing! Chris Bertrand took amazing care of us from the beginning. The convenience of having our ceremony in the courtyard, then our reception in the second floor was great. The chef, the bartender, all the staff took amazing care of us the day of as well. Chris helped everything run smoothly as I was a frazzled bride confused by timeline and he held my hand the whole time! I would recommend this for anyone wanting their party to stay in one place and to have a great wedding! Kristina was also amazing in helping us set up all of our rooms. She even took me on a tour and helped me pick out where I wanted my bridal suite. Top notch service, food, and hotel. Set it up today!

We have had a great weekend staying at The Magnolia Downtown location. We had many guests from out of town and everyone stayed here. Everyone commented on how great the hotel was.

I want to express on how AMAZING the Magnolia Hotel Downtown Dallas staff are!!!!! When looking for a venue, there was no doubt in our minds that the Magnolia Hotel was the place we were having our wedding!!!! When meeting Chris Bertrand, we felt like we had known him for years!!!! He listened to our vision, he executed it and gave us so much more!!!!! Every girl dreams about their wedding day and our day was hands down perfect and just absolutely beautiful!!!! October 17, 2015 wouldn't of been that perfect without the wonderful staff at the Magnolia Hotel! Thank you to the valet staff, everytime I came to the Magnolia Hotel you made me feel like a princess, they are so stinking nice!!!! Thank you Chef for preparing the most delicious dinner! The Magnolia was a perfectly lovely venue for my daughter's wedding reception. Chris Bertrand was great to work with and helped us with details to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He is
helpful and accommodating and has very good ideas. The food was yummy and we were so glad for input on the menu. The service was fantastic and everyone was willing to help us out as needed. What a wonderful place for a reception - feels like the Old South meets Uptown! Thanks for a memorable evening!

We had our beautiful wedding at the Magnolia on 12/30/14 and it was a perfect choice. We had a smallish group of 50 and had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The flow was excellent, the staff was perfect, the food was awesome and I was a very happy bride! Chris, the event coordinator, was great! He spent time getting to know my vision, was very prompt in responding to my email questions, and worked to give us just what we wanted. Also, based on all the hotels I look at in Dallas (and I looked at a lot), they were very reasonable! To top it all off, the setting made for gorgeous pictures!! I wouldn't change a thing!!
