Maggie’s photography is AMAZING. We are SO thankful she captured our day. She and her team were so responsive, they felt like family and friends on our wedding day, and the pictures were unreal. Cannot speak more highly of them.

She had a couple of albums at the venue we were visiting and when we saw those pictures we immediately knew she was the photographer for us. 1000000/10 would hire again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I absolutely adored working with Maggie. Her photos so perfectly captured the love and joy of our wedding day. All of the pictures are stunning, from our first look to our family portraits to the candids she took of us and our family/friends. Just as important, she was also able to put us completely at ease. She posed us in ways that felt natural to us and who we are as a couple. She provided an incredibly calm and steady presence throughout some of the minor snags of our wedding day, which was beyond appreciated. Our wedding party and family really enjoyed working with her and her second shooter, Steve, as well. We couldn't be happier with choosing Maggie to capture our wedding day. My husband and I knew right away Maggie was our photographer after seeing her work. Mystic was a destination wedding for us but we made it a point to fly back for our engagement session. It was wonderful to get to know her a little more before our big day and we knew once we saw our engagement photos we knew we had made the right choice. The day of the wedding she was such a kind and calming presence, helping us stick to the timeline and keeping me sane. Her second shooter Steve was fantastic. He really went above and beyond, shooting my husband's early morning barber trip. She knows the Inn at Mystic well having shot many weddings there and told us some hot tips beforehand, like what rooms to rent in the mansion to get some great balcony shots. The way she captures the truth of emotion in each moment is truly magical and everyone was blown away by our photos. Maggie was an absolutely dream-come-true for our wedding this past May. She was excited about our vintage 1920's and 30's theme for our May 26, 2019 wedding at Eolia Mansion in Waterford, CT, and we were excited about the prospect of having such an experienced, acclaimed, and well-reviewed and featured photographer who was also just so sweet and pleasant to talk to and work with! She really listened to what we wanted the whole time, while supplying her vast knowledge of advice and information to us where appropriate, since neither of us or anyone in our direct family had planned a wedding before. For instance, she insisted on having a second shooter at the wedding, which we didn't think was necessary and were unsure about budget wise, but she worked with us on this! She also ensured us we must make the time to meet (we traveled from NYC to CT every time we met with a vendor in person) as well as come for a practice photoshoot with her, an engagement shoot of sorts (though we did our official one with a friend who casually did photography on the side). We are so happy with all of the advice she gave us, and how everything turned out on the big day! The photos are absolutely breathtaking and stunning, and everyone I show is in awe! I am so glad we went with Maggie and trusted our gut to work with her, after shelling out for a somewhat fancy wedding and venue compared to what others do (but nothing crazy honestly!) we needed a photographer on that level who could adequately capture it. After all, photos and maybe video are all you have after the big day, aside from your lovely memories!

I was incredibly selective when it came to choosing a photographer — not only did I want someone who took beautiful photos, but I wanted my husband and I to feel comfortable around them. I fell in love with Maggie's work from checking out her site and her Instagram, so I was thrilled to find that she's incredibly warm and personable, too. She got our photos back to us less than three weeks after the wedding (most of my friends waited months to get images back from their photographers), and I'm still poring over them. I'm amazed by how beautifully she (along with her second shooter, Steve) captured the magic of that day. Our families and friends have been raving about the photos, too. I truly could not be happier.

Maggie and our second shooter, Steve, were such a blessing for our wedding! Their flexibility, kindness, and creativity helped to make the day even more fun and enjoyable. Maggie was also helpful in working with us to find a photography package that best fit our budget.
From first arriving in the morning, Maggie had an easy going, relaxed presence that helped the bridal party remember to just have fun and enjoy the moment. They were very open to any suggestions we had, but also directive when needed. Her work is stunning, but really helped us make the decision to work with them was how genuine she was. From first meeting her, we knew that she was passionate about her work and focus was on creating memories to be cherished for generations. This attitude remained throughout the day, where even when our dinner ran late and we were past our scheduled time with the photographers, they both stayed late to ensure we had dancing photos and they captured those important family moments. We are so grateful to them not only for the lifetime of memories through photos but also for both Maggie and Steve's genuine desire to help make our day fun, special, and filled with love.

Maggie is a lovely, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and experienced wedding photographer. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her on our wedding day. From the second she arrived she was ready to capture any candid moment that was going on and did all she could to understand the look I was going for and the thought behind my bohemian/DIY details. She was funny and comfortable to be around and made even our most serious brothers smile for family pictures! Her work is stunningly beautiful, dreamlike and thoughtful. Her professional knowledge and past experiences at our venue (Harkness Memorial State Park) made everything that much easier when the crunch time came to get the photos taken and the reception started!!

As soon as we met Maggie, we knew we had found the photographer that fit to capture our love on the most unforgettable day of our lives. We are so happy with our choice and highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Connecticut area!! We love you, Maggie!! Thank you!!

Maggie is a brilliant photographer! She captured every magical moment of our ceremony and reception--ones I didn't even realize had happened. She was somehow in all the right places at all the right times. For the posed pictures, she gave us direction without ever being obtrusive. But it's the candid shots that I adore most. Every time I look through her pictures, I am able to relive that day, almost as though I am watching a video. I am tempted to order all of them! I can't imagine being more happy with our wedding photos.

Maggie was such a pleasure to work with! She gets to know the bride and groom and what they want specifically out of their wedding photographs that she can provide. Customization at its finest. She is extremely responsive, professional and flexible with requests. Her photographs are beautifully, naturally and elegantly captured. She knows when to snap photos at the perfect time and we could not be more pleased with the results.
