Madison was ABSOLUTELY amazing and truly essential to making our wedding day perfect. From start to finish, she was organized, calm, creative, and incredibly supportive. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and we were able to fully enjoy our day without stress, knowing Madison had everything under control. We genuinely can’t imagine our wedding without her—she brought everything together flawlessly. Highly recommend!

We hired Maddy as our Day of Coordinator and are so glad we did! She was there every step of the way, even before the day of, very organized, very reliable and responsive, and always with a cheerful energy!
She created an amazing timeline for us, met with us several times before hand, and made sure we had thought out all of the details we would have definitely not thought about.
She helped set up our decor, made sure everything was on time, and also helped with tear down. Made our big day totally stress-free! She coordinated with all of our vendors before the day and throughout the day and helped make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
We had a good number of people at our wedding, so Maddy brought two other lovely ladies from her team, and between the 3 of them, me and my husband had literally everything we needed at all times.

I truly cannot recommend Maddie enough. From our very first meeting, she just got me. I never felt like a traditional bride with traditional requests, and Maddie embraced that wholeheartedly. She listened, understood my vision, and made it all happen—beautifully and effortlessly.

When the floral situation started feeling overwhelming and way overpriced, Maddie didn’t blink. She took it upon herself to source the flowers, create stunning arrangements, and set them up at the venue. She even made my bouquet by hand, and it was absolutely perfect—simple, elegant, and so me.

Since we were planning a destination wedding, Maddie made the logistics feel easy. She let us ship items straight to her for safekeeping, helped us find the perfect hair and makeup team, and coordinated everything seamlessly with the venue. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything. We truly couldn’t have done it without her.

And when a snowstorm threatened to throw off our plans days before the wedding, Maddie jumped into action. She worked closely with the venue coordinator and helped us come up with Plan B and Plan C—just in case. Her calm energy and quick problem-solving made all the difference.

Maddie went above and beyond in every way. She’s organized, creative, and genuinely cares about her couples. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, you’re in amazing hands.

We used Maddy as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Edgewood Tahoe Resort. Maddy was professional, helpful & SO SWEET! She was available via text or email and would promptly answer any questions I had. She set up our wedding with her assistant and it couldn’t have been more beautiful! She also made our wedding signs. I hired Madison for my Day of Coordination for my wedding and I would hire her to run my life every day if I could. Her execution of my wedding day was flawless and I am so thankful that I had her there with me on such an important day.

When you do all the planning and have a specific vision, it can be challenging to have someone take that over and execute it in just a single day. My vision came to life even better than I could have imagined it and I know that's because Maddie took the time and effort to make sure she understood what I was needing/wanting on my day. My venue was very DIY, so I had a LOT of moving parts, including 4 separate rental companies. Maddie had everything dialed with each vendor, knowing exactly where everything and everyone needed to be.

I have absolutely no idea how many problems Maddie and her team had to deal with behind the scenes, but from the brides perspective everything was a beautiful fairytale (which is obviously the goal).

On top of being organized and prepared, Madison is the sweetest, most down to earth human being and so easy to talk and get along with. Thank you Madison for making my wedding day a dream come true!

Maddy is amazing! I had the opportunity to see her work as a day of coordinator at both a family member's wedding and at my own. She can handle anything, big or small. She checked in with us to get a sense of our visions for the weddings and really has an amazing eye for decorating.

We gave her a general idea of what we wanted the wedding to look like and she made amazing table designs with our pieces. I was so happy to be able to walk up to my venue and have everything beautifully set up for my dream wedding. She kept us on schedule without interrupting any special moments, and was very professional, even when interacting with some of my stressed out family members (or a stressed out me, lol).

I really can't recommend Maddy and her team enough. She will make your special day so effortless!

To say Maddy planned my dream wedding would be an under statement. Not being local to Tahoe I had to put a ton of trust into her and she truly blew me away. We had a very non traditional wedding (no long tables, all lounge seating, a million apps vs a seated dinner etc) and it came out better than I ever could have imagined. She has an amazing eye and the weekend (she planned not only the wedding but a boat night, rehearsal dinner, and after wedding picnic) looked like it came straight out of a magazine.
