Madison Sourdough (MSCo Patisserie) did a wonderful job with our wedding desserts! Mo, the Patisserie Manager, was a joy to work with - extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating of our requests. We did not want a traditional wedding cake, but instead a combination of our favorite desserts - cherry pie, french lemon tarts, and yellow cake - and MSCo Patisserie had no problem accommodating us. We were planning our wedding remotely from the East Coast, and they were so flexible in scheduling our tasting two weeks before the wedding date when we were finally in town. The tasting was wonderful, and Mo and the team were so flexible in making a few tweaks to the crusts/frosting at our request. They helped us estimate the perfect amount to order, and had them pre-cut/ready to go the day before the wedding. The price was extremely reasonable, and a steal for such high-quality. Our guests raved about each of the desserts - we just wish we had ordered a few more to nibble on in the days after! :) We highly suggest Madison Sourdough (MSCo Patisserie) to other wedding couples - you will not be disappointed!
