My promise to you as a coordinator
First and foremost, I understand that the services I offer is an investment in what seems like an endless amount of price tags, for your special day. With all that you're spending it may seem overwhelming to add another vendor to the list, but trust me when I say having a coordinator for your day makes the world of a difference. So I say this, with confidence, that I promise to do everything I can to help the day run as smooth as possible. Your mom, aunt, sister, brother, etc. should not be moving chairs and tables. So, that is what I am there for!! I promise to take care of all the little details, so you can dance the night away with your new love! I promise to always hug you after the "I do's" and be your ultimate support from start to finish!

Madison MADE our wedding day
Madison is so personable, friendly, professional, her attention to detail is immaculate. My now husband and I consider Madison to be a friend of ours now. She was so helpful through the planning process, keeping everything straight, including my sanity. When the day of came she blew our expectations out of the water. I never imagined our wedding day being as perfect, not only that but both my husband and I were completely focused on another and our guests because Madison was handling everything in the background making sure it all flowed flawlessly. We are forever thankful for her and are so appreciative of the friendship that has blossomed from her being our coordinator.

Honest, affordable, eager, and reliable PDX coordinator
If you are in search of a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator, hire Madison! I recently moved from Portland to the Los Angeles area but wanted my wedding in Portland. I researched and emailed many coordinators before being recommended to Madison. She responded right away and got on a call with my fiancé and me to discuss our wedding vision. We opted to hire her as a day-of-coordinator right away. She also offered to do more planning at an affordable price if we needed it. I appreciated that we could rely on her the month before for any unforeseen issues. But honestly I knew I made the perfect choice when there was a mix-up with the rehearsal ceremony location. We confirmed beforehand via email that we had the space but were told by an employee that there was no record on file and we would be charged if we didn’t leave in 15 minutes. Madison stepped up immediately and told the employee that we had email confirmation and she started sending emails right away. Madison is not afraid to be your advocate when you need it! Being the non-confrontational person I am, I LOVED that she took care of it in an appropriate manner while also communicating that we were not happy with the situation.
On the day of the wedding, I didn't worry about anything. Madison handled the guests, florals, signage and decorations, banquet servers, hotel employees, my fiancé, family members, murder mystery actors, tarot card readers, etc. There were a lot of moving pieces and she handled it seamlessly. I'm still amazed at our perfect day. Thank you, Madison!
