My husband and I were so impressed with Shane’a and her assistant! They were so sweet, fun, responsible, kind, professional, organized…. And so much more! We chose a venue with very poor communication, and Shane’a helped us overcome this issue!! She made my husband and I feel SO special on our day, constantly asking us if we needed anything with a sweet smile. We love her, and HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Shane'a is simply amazing at her job. We were not planning on hiring a wedding planner, we thought we could DIY the whole thing. We could not, and Shane'a and her lovely assistant made our lives feel organized. In hindsight, we should have hired her much earlier, I just had no idea she would be so incredible. She was extremely on top of every part of the wedding, asked us questions we didn't even know we should have thought about, and on the day of the wedding, she was assertive (kindly) with the wedding party and really helped to get the show on the road. Without her, the wedding might have been a disaster. She helped with difficult communications with the venue, organized shots with the photographer, worked closely with the DJ to make our day feel special and well thought through. Additionally, both Shane'a and her assistant were really fun parts of the wedding and everyone loved them. If I was to repeat this wedding, I would hire Shane'a again 1000x over without thinking twice. I couldn't recommend her more and my wife says the same.

Shane’a and her staff were great. They had a great attitude and made the wedding come to life. They kept us on schedule and anything we asked for, they helped with/provided. They were very flexible. As my “day of” coordinator, she was my eyes and I trusted her opinion and lead. It was an amazing day.
She also answered any questions and provided tips months in advance.

Without Shanea and her team my dream wedding would not have been possible. They are outstanding, reliable, and extremely professional.

Shanea was always responsive and helped ease my nerves throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond with their services and had a plan for even the smallest details. They were very flexible with my wedding and were able to accommodate for every need I had. They were willing to help with everything from music coordination, cake cutting, packing us a meal to take home after the wedding and so much more! I will always cherish the great service Shanea and her team provided on such a special day for me! Do not hesitate in working with Luxe Venue, I highly recommend them!!

We hired Shane'a as our day-of coordinator! She did an amazing job! Not only did she keep everything organized on our wedding day, but she also made my beautiful bouquet and did all our the reception/ceremony décor. It was absolutely stunning! She was extremely easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions..and I had several!!

There was never any hesitation to answer my calls, texts or emails either. Her team was also very nice and easy to work with. They kept everyone in line and make sure we stayed on schedule. They also were a major help when they picked up our lunches from Publix!!

No doubt I would hire this team again for future events!

Well lets just say our venue got canceled less than a month before our wedding day because of a major sewage leak. Shanea kept me calm and brought so much piece to the situation. Her and her teams services were outstanding and I will be using again. Thank you!

Shane’a was so much more than a ‘day of’ planner. She was a professional expert who stepped in to assist beforehand with problem stand-alone vendors hired prior. We only wish we had hired her first to coordinate everything. She resolved everything and made it beautifully all about the couple. Our daughter-in-law had the dream wedding she wanted. Our son was thrilled because his bride was overjoyed. Thank you Shane’a. It would not have worked without you stepping in and fixing everything over and beyond what was originally contracted. Shane’a caught our attention when we were scrolling through ThumbTack for a last-minute day of wedding coordinator. (Our previous wedding coordinator withdrew two weeks prior to the wedding due to medical issues.) What caught our attention in Shane’a’s reviews was how everyone commented on her professionalism and kind demeanor. And that’s exactly what we found to be the case with our wedding as well. Shane’a and her assistant(s) did an excellent job setting everything up exactly as we asked her to the day before the wedding and ensuring that everything at the wedding went as smoothly as possible. Even when our serving team left early and refused to clean up, Shane’a helped make sure everything else at the wedding continued to run uninterruptedly and later calmly informed us not to tip them. Altogether, Shane’a was organized, professional, and kindhearted, and we couldn’t recommend her and Luxe Venue enough.

Our wedding planner, Shanea, was the glue that held everything together. From the start, she had high energy, organized, responsive, and detail-oriented. She provided great recommendations for vendors, which helped to make our wedding day even more special. Shanea’s communication skills were excellent, and she was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. On the day of our wedding, she was a calming presence, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were happy.
