Suzy is an incredible photographer, and incredibly sweet and kind. But beyond being a phenomenal photographer, she also understands how to guide you through some truly emotional and intimate moments on your big day. She coordinated a note from my now husband to me, and she held our hands through the first look. It was so incredibly personal and overwhelming, so it was awesome to have someone we trusted make sure that we made it to each other and that we have such sweet memories to cherish that are now commemorated forever. We can’t thank her enough.

Lukas and Suzy are a phenomenal and really sweet photography team. I did a lot of research to find a photographer that was reasonable in price while still providing a lot of services and Lukas and Suzy were by far the best choice. We had so much fun with Lukas at our engagement session and it was such a pleasure to meet Suzy as well when they came to our wedding. They are an adorable and professional couple. Many of my friends have been commenting on them since the wedding and keep saying "everywhere I looked, I saw your photographers! They didn't miss anything!" They are very quick to get you your photos for the engagement session and the wedding, first on their blog and then the rest a few days later. We LOVE our photos and are so happy we chose Lukas and Suzy. They also give little surprises to the bride and groom throughout which is fun and so sweet. You will not be disappointed!

I'll update this review after my wedding, but so far Lukas and Suzy have been fantastic to work with! We had a blast doing the engagement session and the pictures turned out great. Also, they were sent back to us very promptly. Lukas is such a pleasure to be around (I haven't had a chance to meet Suzy in person yet, but I have no doubt that she's just as wonderful!) and I can't wait to keep working with them for our wedding!!!

Lukas and Suzy were a total dream to work with - they deserve 100 stars! Not only are they professional and take excellent photos, but they are wonderful people and a great team. From our first meeting in their super creative downtown space all the way through the wedding day we were impressed. We were initially drawn to them because we saw on a blog that they had photographed at our reception venue (Cicada) before and appreciated that experience because there is darker lighting there and we wanted to make sure to have photographers that were skilled at working in indoor lighting. We also loved that they were located in DTLA.

From our first meeting we were pumped to work with them. They are very modern compared to some wedding vendors - they take credit cards, the contract is signed online, and they have a terrific online app where you can access all of your photos. From there you can print, download, whatever you want, you totally have control over your photos.

Day of, they have no time limit! They were there from the beginning when we were getting ready all the way through the reception. And they have a great system down for dividing and conquering, such a treat to have two photographers to capture everything.

We also did engagement photos with Lukas and Suzy - absolutely gorgeous.

Throughout, they do a number of extra thoughtful things that I won't write because it's so fun to be surprised when they happen.

Also - I did my research before booking and Lukas and Suzy offer very competitive pricing.

Finally - they had our edited photos to us within a week of our wedding! All 4,000+ photos available to browse through and beautifully edited.

Out of all the people I have been working with during the wedding planning process, Lukas and Suzy were the most responsible, kind, and professional vendors. They have such a wonderful attitude and always seem available with super fast to responses to inquiries. We've received gifts from them throughout the process and they are simply the best. We loved the quality and experience of taking our pictures.

Lukas and Suzy are the sweetest couple ever! And their photography is amazing! It was so great working with them. Really love their philosophy towards creating an easy, no-stress photography package for couples. Their prices are really reasonable for the work they create and they are really accomodating to our schedule since we are from out of town. We spent days or rather weeks looking at our engagement and wedding photos over and over again. Everyone who saw our photos just kept commenting on how gorgeous and natural we looked. Lukas and Suzy are an exceptional duo. They went above and beyond what we expected from them. They were very accommodating to our schedule as we were coming in from out of state. Not only that, both our wedding and engagement photos came out amazingly. They were very helpful in giving tips on what to wear and how to act during the photoshoots, while still letting both our personalities shine through. As newbies to this sort of thing, we were worried that things would be difficult or awkward. This was absolutely not the case. Lukas and Suzy could not have made things any easier for us. Lukas and Suzy did a fantastic job and their photos came out great. They were very efficient and kept everyone in good spirits as we took photos before the ceremony outside in the heat.
