Lucas London was an absolute BLAST, and he took our New Year's Eve wedding to the next level. Lucas was a breeze to work with throughout our entire planning process, and sent over a google doc to gather the vibes and what style of music we wanted throughout every part of the night. Lucas showed up with the a clean setup, incredible light system, and speakers that bumped. What really set Lucas apart was his ability to mix songs (we wanted no wedding classics, and was hoping for a Two Friends BBM vibe) and he hit it spot on. The mixes were a blast, and he even mixed in new hits and some fun remixes I had found and sent to him. We are so glad we hired Lucas, and can't recommend him enough!!

Lucas London was the absolute perfect choice to DJ our wedding. We wanted to make sure our guests were constantly having a great time and I was a bit picky about not having "classic wedding music" played at our wedding (Bruno Mars was on my do not play list) and Lucas absolutely understood the assignment. We had such an amazing time and you essentially couldn't get our guests off the dance floor. Lucas even spent the time to make a special remix of a song for me which was a moment in the night I will never forget. Could not say enough great things about Lucas! (Side note, if you are considering getting the package with the CO2 cannon, do it. You will not regret it)

"That DJ was amazing last night" said numerous times at our post wedding brunch. Lucas is a phenomenal wedding DJ. He communicates well and was able to move from Boone, NC to Winston-Salem after Helene forced us to relocate our wedding venue. We had a 3 hour dance floor that included an array of hits appealing to multiple ages and personalities. I saw multiple guests "shazaming" songs throughout the night. We also really appreciated Lucas's timeline of events, it was organized and detailed. His additions of a mini dance set after the entrance, slow songs, and group photo were huge hits. He also has great lights and other equipment to help set the scene. We would definitely recommend!

We got married at the Inn on Biltmore Estate and are so happy that we hired DJ Lucas for our wedding. We talked to three DJs recommended by our planner and Lucas was the clear choice for us. He had the exact personality you'd want in a DJ and such a cool vibe that you felt like he was there to party with you, not just play a gig. Plus, I was excited that he made his own mixes so it didn't sound like the music was just being played from a playlist. After we signed the contract he sent over a 10-page google doc for us to fill out with all the key details, song selections for specific moments, and sample playlists. We also provided a playlist of our favorite songs and a do not play list which he respected. Throughout the reception all of his music selections worked so well and he played a great mix of our favorite songs and others that he knew the crowd (young and old) would love. The dancing wasn't even supposed to start until after the cake-cutting but the dinner music was so good the guests were itching to get on the dance floor after eating so we started dancing early! He was also really good about playing some oldies at the right time to draw people back to the dance floor. Guests of all ages said how good the music was and even some who don't usually dance got out on the dance floor. His DJ setup and uplighting were also really cool and looked great in the ballroom. We really wished the reception didn't have to end since everyone was having such a good time, thanks to DJ Lucas!

DJ Lucas really knows how to read the crowd and keep the night running smoothly and most importantly we had so much fun!!

We could not have been more happy with DJ Lucas! He worked with us to customize our wedding songs from cocktail hour to reception. He was able to get our guests up and dancing and really read the room. He brought a modern light and dj set up that was classy and unobtrusive to our venue. I would hire him again for any event that I needed music for. Great, professional and fun to work with.

DJ Lucas London was a huge hit at our wedding! From start to finish it was a breeze working with him. He was thorough and well organized in the planning process. Lucas is THE BEST. We’ve had so many comments from our guests that he did an absolute fantastic job. He is the chillest to work with before our wedding day and had everything organized. We met at a local brewery as a first introduction and was relaxed talking through it all. He was able to make a mix for the father-daughter dance, and was able to make last minute tweaks (within days of the wedding) to make it probably the best father-daughter dance Yesterday Spaces has had. Lucas has a Spotify account with playlists that are organized to the flow of a wedding (pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail, reception, etc.) and was really helpful with deciding on the type of music we wanted. He ultimately was able to feel how our guests were reacting to the music and made it a party the whole time. He also had some good ideas that made the night a little more special for us. We will definitely hire him again if we need someone to get a party jumping!

DJ Lucas London was PERFECT! More than anything else, we wanted our wedding to be as much fun as possible and he nailed it. Our guests raved about him during and after the wedding - we're still getting compliments a month later! He read the crowd and kept people on the dance floor the entire night, literally until the very last minute. He did a great job directing guests the whole night, and really got everybody out of their seats during introductions, which we weren't expecting but absolutely loved. He worked with us a lot on our specific music selections to make everything flow, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Lucas absolutely KILLED IT at our wedding! We highly recommend DJ Lucas London! It's been two weeks since our wedding, and my husband and I, and a bunch of our guests are still talking about what an amazing job he did DJ'ing our wedding. Our reception was so much fun and he truly lead the party. He read our guests vibes and mixed songs so well to keep the party going; everyone was had an awesome time. Everyone was really impressed with his skill. Working with him before the wedding was super easy too.
