Lucas London was the absolute perfect choice to DJ our wedding. We wanted to make sure our guests were constantly having a great time and I was a bit picky about not having "classic wedding music" played at our wedding (Bruno Mars was on my do not play list) and Lucas absolutely understood the assignment. We had such an amazing time and you essentially couldn't get our guests off the dance floor. Lucas even spent the time to make a special remix of a song for me which was a moment in the night I will never forget. Could not say enough great things about Lucas! (Side note, if you are considering getting the package with the CO2 cannon, do it. You will not regret it) -

We got married at the Inn on Biltmore Estate and are so happy that we hired DJ Lucas for our wedding. We talked to three DJs recommended by our planner and Lucas was the clear choice for us. He had the exact personality you'd want in a DJ and such a cool vibe that you felt like he was there to party with you, not just play a gig. Plus, I was excited that he made his own mixes so it didn't sound like the music was just being played from a playlist. After we signed the contract he sent over a 10-page google doc for us to fill out with all the key details, song selections for specific moments, and sample playlists. We also provided a playlist of our favorite songs and a do not play list which he respected. Throughout the reception all of his music selections worked so well and he played a great mix of our favorite songs and others that he knew the crowd (young and old) would love. The dancing wasn't even supposed to start until after the cake-cutting but the dinner music was so good the guests were itching to get on the dance floor after eating so we started dancing early! He was also really good about playing some oldies at the right time to draw people back to the dance floor. Guests of all ages said how good the music was and even some who don't usually dance got out on the dance floor. His DJ setup and uplighting were also really cool and looked great in the ballroom. We really wished the reception didn't have to end since everyone was having such a good time, thanks to DJ Lucas! -

We could not have been more happy with DJ Lucas! He worked with us to customize our wedding songs from cocktail hour to reception. He was able to get our guests up and dancing and really read the room. He brought a modern light and dj set up that was classy and unobtrusive to our venue. I would hire him again for any event that I needed music for. Great, professional and fun to work with. -

Party Master
DJ Lucas London was PERFECT! More than anything else, we wanted our wedding to be as much fun as possible and he nailed it. Our guests raved about him during and after the wedding - we're still getting compliments a month later! He read the crowd and kept people on the dance floor the entire night, literally until the very last minute. He did a great job directing guests the whole night, and really got everybody out of their seats during introductions, which we weren't expecting but absolutely loved. He worked with us a lot on our specific music selections to make everything flow, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Hire Lucas - he's a pro and will make sure you have a more fun than you thought possible! -

Lucas absolutely KILLED IT at our wedding! We highly recommend DJ Lucas London! It's been two weeks since our wedding, and my husband and I, and a bunch of our guests are still talking about what an amazing job he did DJ'ing our wedding. Our reception was so much fun and he truly lead the party. He read our guests vibes and mixed songs so well to keep the party going; everyone was had an awesome time. Everyone was really impressed with his skill. Working with him before the wedding was super easy too. He is an easy going guy that is highly professional & organized which made the whole experience of planning our dances & selecting the music simple & stress free. -

The first thing Lucas asked me was “On a scale of 1 to 10, how much of a party do you want?” and I knew he was the right guy for the job. We didn’t give him much to go on, all we knew was we wanted people up and dancing and he succeeded. I also had zero clue what kind of music to play for the reception, he gave me a couple options and they were great. We had two toddlers at my wedding and there were able to be Guest DJ’s up on the stage with them. Hilarious and cute. -

DJ Lucas London truly has a gift for DJing! He is so much fun to work with, does an amazing job emceeing, and knows how to get every single person dancing! Not one person stayed in their seat - everyone from our friends to my husband's grandmothers were cutting a rug! He even initiated a Love Train that got literally every guest involved. Plus he knows how to read the crowd and mixes songs in a way that keeps it fresh and the energy going. It was truly amazing - not something you see a lot at weddings! If you want the best dancing experience around, book DJ Lucas London immediately!!! We are certainly glad we did! -

DJ Lucas London did such an amazing job DJing our wedding at The Cabin Ridge. My husband and I have very different tastes in music, and Lucas was able to frame the whole evening to hit both of our tastes and the tastes of our guests. With 100 guests ranging from 10 to 90, he made sure everyone was having a great time. He also kept everything very organized throughout the entire day - From keeping us and the guests on schedule to making sure we were enjoying ourselves till the end of the night, we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is wanting an easy experience and to have a good time! -

Everybody Danced the Night Away!
Can’t say enough great things about DJ Lucas London. He was hired for my daughter Chelsea’s wedding at Chestnut Ridge held 9/19/20 in Canton, NC and the dance floor was buzzing all night long! From set up to the very last song of the night— DJ Lucas London was a class act and the wedding reception was out of this world. He provided beautiful music in the chapel while guests were being seated and played the bride and groom’s selected songs for the processional and ceremony. He played excellent music during the cocktail hour and dinner keeping the volume at a good level so people could visit. He emceed the wedding party arrival as well as several very special dances and his fun energetic personality made the celebrations even that much better. There was never one minute all night that the dance floor was not packed! He played fun upbeat music and just the right amount of slow songs, but either way, the dance floor was full to the very last song! The bride and groom had an awesome celebration and the guests all had blast! Thank you DJ Lucas London for helping Chelsea and Ryan make some beautiful memories! -
