Without a doubt the best thing I did for our wedding was book LTDO. From the second I met with them, they made me feel comfortable and listened to every concern and question I had. I tell every single bride to be that I meet - having a day of coordinator is a MUST, and Love The Day Of is the absolute best there is. They took care of every single detail on our wedding day - the day went so smoothly. If something went wrong I had absolutely no idea because Ramie took care of it. We could not have asked for a better team to help us put together our wedding. Early in our planning we knew that a day-of-coordinator was one of our non-negotiables-- we didn't want to feel overwhelmed on the day of, trying to wrangle errant uncles or groomsmen when it was time for pictures, or figure out where the caterer should park while we're trying to get ready. Love the Day of was one of the first vendors we thought to use before we were engaged and the first vendor we reached out to. As we both lived outside Montana, we could not have made this wedding happen without Ramie and Maddie. From the first time we met, they were both so kind, so helpful, and instantly took some of the weight off of our shoulders. All of our questions, even the dumb ones, they answered with patience and understanding and so much kindness.

They put together an outstanding timeline, personally reached out to all of our vendors and coordinated with them, and let us enjoy the day without a single worry. The day flowed perfectly-- there was never a moment where we nor our guests were unsure of where we needed to be. I can't express how thankful we are for the two of them and would not hesitate to recommend them!

We would highly recommend Love The Day Of to literally every single person planning a wedding. We couldn't have imagined doing it without they. They truly care about each of their clients and take it upon themselves to make sure they have a perfect wedding day. Our day went so smoothly and all of our guests keep talking about how it flowed so well and nothing seemed to go wrong. But most importantly, our parents, family and close friends were truly able to enjoy the day without having to run around and solve problems - and that right there makes it all worth it!

A big thanks to Ramie, Maddie, and Emily. They all helped make our wedding dreams come true. They were extremely helpful from day 1 preparing us for our stress free wedding day. They made it a point to get to know us and really listen to our us about what we wanted our wedding day to be all about. They knew sooo much and having their knowledge was crucial in our wedding planning. On our big day, they were our go-to girls for anything and everything. I can't recommend this group of ladies enough.

Having LTDO as our wedding coordinator(s) was the best decision. I can very honestly say our day would not have gone smoothly without them. Maddie put together an amazing timeline for us. You really need the experience to be able to nail that. Ramie was there the day of and was essential. She was calm, cool, and collected for everything and has the most patience. She was such a calming presence and ran damage control on everything. Anything that came up she just handled, you wouldn’t even know about it. Her daughter Emily was also there to help and was amazing! We were so happy to have the extra hands. They kept things on time, kept guests moving to where they were supposed to be, and coordinated all of the vendors.

Ramie also ran our rehearsal. I don’t know how we would have done it without her. The person from the venue that was supposed to be there was not able to make it. Luckily Ramie had worked at the venue before and knew how everything goes. She was helpful in every way.

Even before the wedding Ramie was great help at suggesting vendors, etc. There were plenty of things that I was nervous about and she was a great voice of reason.

Trying to do everything on your own on the day of your wedding is impossible and trying to have a family member do it is just a burden and you will get more questions than help. Ramie and Maddie know what they are doing, they’ve done it all before. All of the little things that you do not think of, they do. Hiring them will make your life so much easier and your day will go a thousand times more smoothly! Bonus is that they are a mother and daughter(s) that work together and they are very sweet and love what they do.

Omigosh I am not sure where to start! At the very beginning of wedding planning I knew I had to have Maddie + Ramie. Maddie and I grew up dancing together so it made them being a part of our big day even more special. It was such a reliving feeling to know that myself, my mom, my MIL and honestly every one else could enjoy the day and not have to worry about a single thing. From our first initial meeting I felt so comfortable and trusted Maddie + Ramie 110%. They created the most amazing timeline, that worked with all of our vendors + helped the day flow with ease. Maddie held my hand and calmed my nerves as I waited to walk down the isle with my dad and it was such a special moment I will never forget. From the bottom of my heart I cannot recommend these two enough. They will be your coordinators and biggest cheerleaders but also a shoulder to lean on during the crazy process of wedding planning. I will forever be indebted to them for all they did for my husband + I on our special day ♥️

As the mother of the bride, I can 100% for sure say that the best decision we made was to hire the wonderful gals at Love The Day Of. I was hesitant to hire any type of coordinators for our wedding because I was worried about our budget and I thought I could probably figure it all out on my own, but having Love the Day Of on board was easily the best decision we made (thanks to my mom!)
