I truly cannot say enough good things about Maddie and Ramie! If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, let me just tell you… DO IT! There are so many details and moving pieces that go into your big day, and having someone there to make sure all of your dreams become a reality is truly priceless. From helping us find a makeup artist last minute to helping us organize and create a timeline to coordinate all of our vendors, Maddie and Ramie went above and beyond! They have to most positive attitudes and are willing to answer any questions you could possibly have! Our special day would not have been quite as magical without Ramie and Maddie’s touch!

Ramie and Maddie were amazing to work with!!! I was very anxious about planning a destination wedding without a full-service planner, but they made me feel very supported. Maddie's background in planning was super helpful in figuring out the details, and Ramie was fantastic on wedding day. She took care of everything on the day of, and I got to be fully present with my family and friends. I also really loved being able to reach out and schedule supplemental meetings with them if needed. As a type-A bride, I was worried I wouldn't be able to let go, but Ramie and Maddie handled it all. They are such a kind, sweet team and I absolutely loved having them as part of my wedding!

Hiring our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond in every way and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy the day without worrying about all the little details. Being a very Type A person, I was worried that on my wedding day I would somehow still have to make sure everything was running smoothly. That’s where Love the Day Of came into the picture, and I am SO glad I hired them as my day-of coordinators.

From our very first consultation, I knew they were going to be the perfect fit for our wedding. Our wedding had so many moving parts, details, and complicated logistics — a live band, DJ, string quartet, 240+ guests, multiple transitions, and so many little details that needed to come together. None of it phased them.

Every detail was perfectly set up. Every transition happened seamlessly. Every vendor knew exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do. Ramie and Maddie were truly the ones behind the scenes making it all happen.

I cannot recommend Ramie and Maddie enough! As a wedding planner myself, it was fabulous working with them on my daughter’s wedding! From start to finish they were incredible. Ramie was able to help us pivot when the rain came down and threatened the wedding to be held indoors.
