Ramie and Maddie are incredibly organized, thorough, and thoughtful.
They showed remarkable attention to detail in creating our day-of schedule, ensuring all of our priorities were seamlessly incorporated and adding thoughtful touches we never would have considered. Their communication, preparation, and genuine care gave us so much confidence as we navigated the final stages of planning.
On the day of the wedding, they truly went above and beyond. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the day without worrying about logistics. Our families were able to relax and celebrate alongside us rather than being pulled into day-of tasks, which was truly invaluable.
We highly recommend LTDO to anyone seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly capable day-of coordinator. -

Since our wedding in Oct 2025, I have been asked several times by future brides what my biggest piece of advice is for wedding planning and every time my answer has been not only do you NEED a Day of Coordinator, but you need Love The Day Of specifically. Choosing to have Ramie & Maddie apart of our wedding journey was the single best decision we could have made for our wedding. Maddie worked closely with us to curate the perfect timeline that captured everything we wanted to fit into wedding day. She was so easy and helpful to work with for any timeline adjustments that came up. Her attention to detail and recognition our individual needs was so evident and had us feeling completely prepared and at ease going into wedding weekend. Ramie was truly the glue of our entire wedding experience. She worked closely with all of our vendors leading up to the day of, prepared the wedding party and families during an in-depth rehearsal and was an absolute rock star on wedding day. Ramie worked tirelessly behind the scenes on wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Any issues, small or large, went completely unnoticed by me because Ramie had them handled before they even came to fruition. The way Ramie's presence allowed me to enjoy the wedding morning with my mom and my family without having them worry about small tasks was irreplaceable and the peace of mind that she gave me was invaluable. Aside from being the best of the best at their jobs, Maddie and Ramie are incredible humans and an unstoppable Mother-Daughter duo. They are an absolute joy to be around, and our day wouldn't have been the same without their efforts. It was an honor to work with them, and I truly cannot recommend Love The Day Of more to anyone with a wedding day in the future. -

Love The Day Of was truly amazing to work with! As our wedding day coordinators, they took so much stress off our shoulders—not just on the big day, but in the days leading up to it as well. We had a destination wedding, traveling all the way from Tennessee to Montana, and they helped us organize, plan, and make sure every detail made it there and came together perfectly.
Their communication was so reassuring, and they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. Because of them, our wedding day was smooth, stress-free, and everything we dreamed it would be. I cannot recommend Love The Day Of enough—they were fantastic in every way! -

I was hesitant to hire any type of coordinators for our wedding because I was worried about our budget and I thought I could probably figure it all out on my own, but having Love the Day Of on board was easily the best decision we made (thanks to my mom!) On my actual wedding day I didn’t have to worry about anything. I didn’t have to coordinate vendors, make decisions, solve any problems. Ramie and Maddie made sure everything was going to plan behind the scenes so I could be present with my groom and my family and friends. They were also great support leading up to our big day, giving great advice to make the day stress free and make sure things were set up just how I wanted. Truly so grateful to have their experienced help. If you’re on the fence, just book them! You will be glad you did! -

If a future bride was contemplating hiring this team, I would tell her don’t even hesitate - book them. Having Maddie and Ramie coordinate or wedding day was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. It was incredibly relieving knowing that someone else was managing timelines, vendors, décor, and problem-solving on our day. They allowed us to be fully present instead of worrying about logistics, which was a huge source of wedding day anxiety for me!
One of my favorite services they handled was coordinating with all of our vendors. Knowing that everyone was arriving on time, setting up correctly, and communicating with the coordinators instead of us took a huge weight off our shoulders. They thought of details I never would have, and their friendly, calm, and organized approach kept the entire day running smoothly.
There was a moment right before the ceremony when I remember truly breathing and soaking everything in. Instead of stressing about whether the reception space was finished or if the music cues were ready, I could simply enjoy that quiet, emotional time with my bridal party. I knew they were out there handling everything, and that let me be fully present!
Hiring this amazing duo gave us the gift of actually enjoying our wedding day—and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for! Thank you so much Ramie and Maddie! -

I originally did not think I needed a wedding coordinator. I was having a very small wedding and thought I could handle it. I thought a wedding coordinator was a waste of money when you are already spending a lot. My venue required me to have a coordinator and I found Ramie and Maddie with Love the Day Of and they were reasonably priced.
Ramie and Maddie were amazing! They helped me determine all of the little details. When I didn't know what I wanted, they proposed suggestions based on what they have seen at other weddings. They had everything planned and provided a schedule I could give to my family and friends.
On the day of the wedding Ramie had things 100% under control. She helped with everything including things I wouldn't have expected her to handle. She pinned boutonnieres on the groomsmen, she made sure items were ready for photographs and then brought them back down to the ceremony site, she helped set up flowers, and so much more.
Love the Day Of made the whole experience stress free. The only thing I was approached with on my wedding day was if I still wanted my ceremony to be outside since we were in between patches of rain. Other than that, they handled everything.
If I had to do it all again, I would hire Ramie and Maddie in a heartbeat. They were amazing! -

The absolute best
They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made everything I wanted happen. Even when I had last minute changes to the seating arrangements they made sure that it was not a problem. Also they are such wonderful people and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Truly they deserve such praise for making my wedding everything I could have wanted. I think the most important part was that they had such good communication. I cannot say enough good things about Ramie and Maddie with Love The Day Of, they are simply the best! Within minutes of our first meeting, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. As the bride, planning can be overwhelming at times, especially as it gets closer to the big day. Ramie and Maddie continuously put my mind at ease. They were so helpful with planning my wedding day to exactly how I had envisioned it, and they covered every little detail - things that would never have even crossed my mind. Having Ramie and Maddie as a part of my wedding planning journey made me feel more organized, less stressed, and most importantly, more relaxed and focused on my wedding day, so I could enjoy the moment with my new husband, family, friends, and our guests. Highly Recommend This Dynamic Duo!
I got married in September 2022 and let me tell you, I could not have gotten through the day without Maddie and Ramie with Love The Day Of! I am a very calculated and organized person who thinks of most things, but there were ideas that Maddie and Ramie brought up that I hadn’t even considered and probably wouldn’t have until after it was too late! They truly are the pros at day of coordinating, and I valued their experience and insight on my wedding day more than one could imagine. I was so fortunate to have them on my team!
There were so many logistical items on the wedding “To Do” list that I needed guidance on. Maddie and Ramie were right there to say “we got you” which is so calming for a stressed out bride with 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen with 4 ushers and a very tight timeline. Maddie’s timeline was immaculate and detailed down to the exact minute, and she was so patient with each and every edit that I sent her way.
Not only are Maddie and Ramie AMAZING at planning and coordinating the day, but Ramie’s sweet voice and bright smile right before walking down the aisle is exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, Maddie couldn’t be there on the actual day but she ensured that it ran smoothly from afar like a champ!
For future brides, I would highly recommend a day of coordinator so that you can relax, not be staring at your own timeline all day making sure everyone is on time and where they are supposed to be, or remembering what is supposed to happen next. Maddie and Ramie truly have your back, and they will be your biggest advocate on your wedding day!

Absolutely amazing !
Omigosh I am not sure where to start! At the very beginning of wedding planning I knew I had to have Maddie + Ramie. Maddie and I grew up dancing together so it made them being a part of our big day even more special. It was such a reliving feeling to know that myself, my mom, my MIL and honestly every one else could enjoy the day and not have to worry about a single thing. From our first initial meeting I felt so comfortable and trusted Maddie + Ramie 110%. They created the most amazing timeline, that worked with all of our vendors + helped the day flow with ease. Maddie held my hand and calmed my nerves as I waited to walk down the isle with my dad and it was such a special moment I will never forget.
