Without a doubt the best thing I did for our wedding was book LTDO. From the second I met with them, they made me feel comfortable and listened to every concern and question I had. I tell every single bride to be that I meet - having a day of coordinator is a MUST, and Love The Day Of is the absolute best there is. They took care of every single detail on our wedding day - the day went so smoothly. If something went wrong I had absolutely no idea because Ramie took care of it. Besides their impeccable work, they truly made me and my husband and family feel cared for and taken care of. Thank you Ramie and Maddie - you played such a big part of the best day of our lives!!! -

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible team at Love Day Of, especially Maddie and Ramie, who helped make my destination wedding absolutely flawless! From the moment I contacted them, I felt completely at ease knowing that my big day was in capable hands.
Maddie and Ramie were incredibly organized, attentive, and took care of every little detail. From coordinating with the venue to managing the timeline of events, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. No matter what questions or concerns I had leading up to the wedding, they were always prompt in responding and made sure everything was running smoothly.
On the day of the wedding, they were absolutely indispensable. They managed the logistics, communicated with vendors, and made sure everything went according to plan, all while keeping the atmosphere calm and relaxed for me and my guests. Their attention to detail and ability to handle any last-minute changes without stress was remarkable. I felt like I could truly enjoy my special day without having to worry about anything.

I cannot say enough good things about Ramie and Maddie with Love The Day Of, they are simply the best! Within minutes of our first meeting, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. As the bride, planning can be overwhelming at times, especially as it gets closer to the big day. Ramie and Maddie continuously put my mind at ease. They were so helpful with planning my wedding day to exactly how I had envisioned it, and they covered every little detail - things that would never have even crossed my mind. Having Ramie and Maddie as a part of my wedding planning journey made me feel more organized, less stressed, and most importantly, more relaxed and focused on my wedding day, so I could enjoy the moment with my new husband, family, friends, and our guests. On top of that, having Love The Day Of as our point of contact for vendors, unforeseen circumstances, etc., our families were able to enjoy our wedding day, too, without people rushing to them for every little thing. Your wedding day goes by so incredibly fast, that having a great day-of coordinator there makes all the difference in the world. I am so very thankful we booked them; I can honestly say that our wedding day went absolutely perfect as everything was handled professionally and with ease by Love The Day Of. Hiring LTOD | Wedding Coordinators Ramie + Maddie was hands down the best & easiest decision we ever made during our entire wedding process. Between - timeline, 30 day meetings, vendor contact, organizing rehearsal, set up, navigating family members & guests, all the way down to cutting the cake, our day simply wouldn’t have been what it was without them! Their passion & knowledge truly speaks through their hard work in making sure you enjoy every second. As a bride, I can say without a doubt that they absolutely killed it in every department & in the process brought so much love.
If you’re contemplating a day of coordinator, there’s no question you should hire LTOD - seriously. worth every penny! Because, they did the dang thing! -

A big thanks to Ramie, Maddie, and Emily. They all helped make our wedding dreams come true. They were extremely helpful from day 1 preparing us for our stress free wedding day. They made it a point to get to know us and really listen to our us about what we wanted our wedding day to be all about. They knew sooo much and having their knowledge was crucial in our wedding planning. On our big day, they were our go-to girls for anything and everything. I can't recommend this group of ladies enough. -

The absolute best
They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made everything I wanted happen. Even when I had last minute changes to the seating arrangements they made sure that it was not a problem. Also they are such wonderful people and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Truly they deserve such praise for making my wedding everything I could have wanted. I think the most important part was that they had such good communication. Any time I had a question or needed to change something they were on it right away and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. They made our day so special and SO easy for us. -

Highly Recommend This Dynamic Duo!
I got married in September 2022 and let me tell you, I could not have gotten through the day without Maddie and Ramie with Love The Day Of! I am a very calculated and organized person who thinks of most things, but there were ideas that Maddie and Ramie brought up that I hadn’t even considered and probably wouldn’t have until after it was too late! They truly are the pros at day of coordinating, and I valued their experience and insight on my wedding day more than one could imagine. I was so fortunate to have them on my team!
There were so many logistical items on the wedding “To Do” list that I needed guidance on. Maddie and Ramie were right there to say “we got you” which is so calming for a stressed out bride with 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen with 4 ushers and a very tight timeline. Maddie’s timeline was immaculate and detailed down to the exact minute, and she was so patient with each and every edit that I sent her way.
Not only are Maddie and Ramie AMAZING at planning and coordinating the day, but Ramie’s sweet voice and bright smile right before walking down the aisle is exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, Maddie couldn’t be there on the actual day but she ensured that it ran smoothly from afar like a champ!
For future brides, I would highly recommend a day of coordinator so that you can relax, not be staring at your own timeline all day making sure everyone is on time and where they are supposed to be, or remembering what is supposed to happen next. Maddie and Ramie truly have your back, and they will be your biggest advocate on your wedding day!

Absolutely amazing !
Omigosh I am not sure where to start! At the very beginning of wedding planning I knew I had to have Maddie + Ramie. Maddie and I grew up dancing together so it made them being a part of our big day even more special. It was such a reliving feeling to know that myself, my mom, my MIL and honestly every one else could enjoy the day and not have to worry about a single thing. From our first initial meeting I felt so comfortable and trusted Maddie + Ramie 110%. They created the most amazing timeline, that worked with all of our vendors + helped the day flow with ease. Maddie held my hand and calmed my nerves as I waited to walk down the isle with my dad and it was such a special moment I will never forget. From the bottom of my heart I cannot recommend these two enough. They will be your coordinators and biggest cheerleaders but also a shoulder to lean on during the crazy process of wedding planning. I will forever be indebted to them for all they did for my husband + I on our special day ♥️ -

Wedding Day Best Friends
OMG. Love The Day Of was the u support system we could have asked for on our wedding day. Ramie, Maddie & Vern were the most genuine and helpful people I know! They truly went above and beyond to make our day special. I had never felt more relax than on our wedding knowing Ramie & Vern was there to lend a helping hand. Hiring Love The Day Of was best decision we made for our wedding day. I highly recommend them for your special event. We truly could not have done it without them! -
