I recently got married at The Orchard, and having Love Notes to help us plan and coordinate was such a wonderful experience. Heather and her team went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of and prioritized. Heather communicated with us every step of the way and made everything feel so much less overwhelming. Wedding planning is not easy by any means, but having Heather to direct all of our questions and concerns to took so much of our stress away. Heather was an amazing planner for our wedding!! She stood out to us because she is also the coordinator for Celilo which was our wedding caterer. It was great having her double as both coordinators! It made for a very seamless event. She was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions leading up to the wedding. Half way through we were introduced to Lydia, her new assistant who was equally amazing! Especially on our wedding day, Lydia was extremely helpful at keeping me on track when it got super busy towards the end of the night. We hired Heather as our wedding coordinator for our destination wedding at The Orchard in Hood River. She was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process as we planned from afar. She was responsive to emails and calls, set up planning calls to check in, provided vendor recommendations, and gave us access to a very helpful online planning tool. On the wedding day she made sure absolutely everything ran smoothly so that we didn't have to lift a finger or worry about any of the logistics - just enjoy our special day! We hired Heather in 2019 for our July 2021 wedding at The Orchard in Hood River. Heather was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful. She frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was on track. As the wedding got closer, she took care of all of the details along the way and made sure all of our requests were taken care of and questions were answered. Throughout all of the ups and downs of COVID, Heather was amazing to work with. I didn't feel any of the pre-wedding jitters, nerves, or anxieties most brides are familiar with because I knew Heather had everything under control. If you're getting married in the Hood River area, Heather is the best coordinator you could ask for and will make sure your wedding is everything you dreamed of! We are so thankful we got to work with Heather and Celilo Catering. 

We hired Heather with Love Notes for planning leading up to our wedding and day of coordination. She was invaluable in the process as she is so well connected to every vendor in the Gorge. This made it easy to find vendors and also made for the smoothest wedding day ever as she already knew everyone we were working with so well. She was always available anytime we needed to check in. Inevitably there are stressors that come up while planning a wedding but she was available by phone anytime we reached out and melted our stress away. She is organized, efficient, thoughtful, and insanely calm which kept us calm leading up to the wedding and on the day of! Heather is amazing!!! I was really hesitant to hire a coordinator but my venue required one. Heather was my venue's #1 recommendation so I decided to go with her based on her connection to our caterer and relationship with the venue and I'm so glad I did. Heather was there very step of the way to ensure I was staying on track with the planning, asking me questions of things I hadn't even thought about, and answering all of my random questions. Heather was so sweet and professional and always got back to me in a timely matter. Heather put all of our information in aisle planner and even completed our wedding layout to share with the venue and vendors. Heather followed up with all of our vendors the week of to ensure they were aware of the timeline and there were no last minute hiccups. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything, Heather was on top of it and always one step ahead. She setup our personal decor, directed all of our vendors as they arrived, flipped some of our florals during cocktail hour, ensured we stayed on timeline and we felt good about the progression of the events, and made sure everything was broke down and cleaned up at the end of the night. Heather was great to work with and I'm so glad we hired her. If you don't think you need a coordinator, you do!

I could not have more positive things to say about Heather and our experience working with her! We were married earlier this month (August 2020). Needless to say, this year has had a lot of up's & down's, but Heather made the process seamless for us. Communication was always prompt and open; she gave us helpful recommendations based on her expertise and never lead us astray! The day-of coordination was a breeze and I had so many guests come up to me before and after the wedding complimenting Heather on her friendly, professional attitude. She also helped put a lot of guests at ease in this nervous time to attend weddings! Finally, she and the Celilo team were amazing with all the safety measures taken to make sure our guests had a safe experience the whole day. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for the best support & coordination for their wedding!

We got married at Gorge Crest Vineyards in May 2019. Heather was extremely helpful in planning, coordinating and most importantly keeping the entire day running smoothly. I did not think that I needed a coordinator at first, but my venue required one...I was wrong! I would have had a much more stressful day without her there keeping everything flowing seamlessly from one thing to the next. She is also the catering coordinator at Celilo in Hood River which was a huge bonus to have one person in charge of all. She is personable, friendly, accommodating and fun! I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding planning needs!
