After meeting Angela to discuss our wedding, we knew hiring her as Day-Of Coordinator was the right decision.

From day one, Angela was on top of the planning. She was prepared with all the right questions, recommendations and variables to consider leading up to our wedding. We both sensed her subtle confidence and felt very comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Angela was very honest upfront, which we appreciated and was clear about what the Day-Of-Coordinator consisted of.

Throughout the process, Angela was ALWAYS in touch and very easy to be in contact with. She responded immediately to any questions and was flexible about scheduling meetings to ensure we both felt good about the planning process. She kept us on track for larger deadlines and bookings, and offered advice for the smaller ones. In preparation for our wedding day, Angela worked with all our venders to schedule an organized day-of timeline, which was extremely helpful for us and all of the wedding party.

Our wedding was such a whirlwind, but in the most incredible way. There was sense of relief knowing Angela understood our vision and was able to keep the evening on track. She remained calm, cool and collected throughout the entire planning process/wedding day and knew exactly how to handle the unexpected. My husband and I felt very fortunate about how amazing our wedding was and our experience working with Angela. We hired Angela to be our day-of-coordinator for our wedding at Westland Distillery only 4 weeks short of our wedding. She provided affordable pricing and did not hesitate to assist us in filling the gaps and handling all of the little details that make the day go off without a hitch. She met with us in person three times to introduce herself, get a sense of how we were doing with our wedding plans, and walkthrough the venue. My husband is extremely detail oriented and he met his match in Angela - right away I knew we were in good hands. She knew exactly what little touches we needed – she recommended vendors for our seating chart and welcome signs and we could not be happier with how it all turned out. She offered to hand write all of our personalized menu cards, and even added some of her own touches that showed just how in tune she was with our style as a couple.

On the Day of the Wedding, Angela showed up right on time and ready to help out. We had a small bridal party, so having her there on the day of to lend a hand meant I had more time to share the special moments with my MOH and those closest to me. The ease and peace of mind I felt knowing Angela was there to take care of things was priceless. She ensured the band, the caterer, the dessert truck, the venue director and every one else knew what we wanted and communicated it flawlessly. Most people look back on their wedding day and think about the tiny things that went wrong…in my mind everything was executed impeccably, thanks to Angela. I cannot say enough about her talent and knowledge of the industry. I don’t know anyone who couldn’t use Angela’s helping hand and impeccable sense of what is needed to make your day absolutely perfect :)
