Erin was a wonderful photographer! I am so pleased with my pictures. She took a variety of shots and was totally open to anything I wanted to try. She took an amazing amount of photos for the three hours that she was with us. She showed up early and caught pictures of us arriving, she was willing to take a risks to get the best shot. I can't say enough good things about her and her photography. The photos were delivered online and even earlier than she orignally estimated they would be ready. She is an amazing wedding photographer and I would reccomend her to anyone and everyone who is having their wedding in Hawaii. She has an amazing eye and she caught the very essence of my wedding!

I just received my wedding pictures from Erin and love them. They are more than I expected. Erin was very professional, easy to work with and most important relaxing to be around on my wedding day. She had so many ideas and ways to make our wedding pictures fun and vibrant.

Anyone can take a pretty picture, but Erin knew how to capture all the little intimate feelings and moments between me and my husband. When I look at my other friends' wedding albums they do not even come close to what Erin was able to capture in mine. On my hectic wedding day, it was nice to know I could take refuge in the fact that my pictures were going to be beautiful. Even four months later I get teary eyed over them! I had another photographer on the big day (hired through the wedding company that was marrying me), and the pictures could not be worse. Erin took the time and care to edit my pictures so they were not ruined by my crying (the other photographer's pictures were dark and made me look awful).

Erin not only created the most beautiful wedding pictures I could have imagined, but she captured all the emotion between my husband and me on our wedding day. She didn't miss a thing and got shots I didn't even know about. Erin was so nice and made you feel relaxed while taking photos. She really understood the mood of the wedding and captured it beautifully. I really can't recommend her enough.

I contacted Erin Paris from LA to shoot my destination wedding in Hawaii and everything began wonderfully. Responsiveness was a little slow at times, but she always answered all of my questions and was very easy/friendly to work with. However, when it came time to deliver my images, everything drastically changed. I paid for 2 photographers along with a archival DVD of all the images taken that day. I received my first set of pictures from Erin (which I was very happy with) and was informed shortly after that the 2nd photographer left Hawaii with my photos and she couldn't get in touch with her. Therefore, Erin suggested she would take a look at the third assistants photos to see if they were up to par. If they looked nice and she could edit them, she would pass them along. However, either way it was discussed that some sort of refund was due since I was contracted for two professional photographers. After this next step was discussed, Erin completely disappeared and I haven't heard back from her in over two months! I've tried calling and leaving messages via email and facebook, but have yet to receive a response. The situation is very unfortunate as I am a fan of Erin's work and love her photography. I held off on publishing a negative review for some time, but felt other brides should definitely be made aware of my situation should they be considering working with Erin Paris Photography.

**Update as of 5/8/12 - I finally heard back from Erin. With 3 months gone by, it was not a professional way to handle the situation, but she did re-establish contact. A reason for the lapse in communication was not given, but she was very apologetic and came through with a refund as previously discussed. At the end of the day Erin was not able to receive the other images from the 2nd photographer she hired, but tried to remedy the situation as best as possible. While I'm disappointed that I do not have more professional pictures of my wedding day, I was happy to hear from Erin and appreciated the refund. Hopefully she will be more cautious from now on when hiring additional photographers.

I had a similar experience to the last reviewer. Erin photographed my Oahu wedding last March (2011). There were problems that began even before the ceremony that I won't go into right now. I emailed her for months before receiving jpegs of my photos. I didn't see an album proof until this past February. When it was almost finished, she stopped communicating with me. She won't return my calls or emails and never ordered the album, despite the fact that she has been paid in full (my fault, I know). I am in touch with other disgruntled clients of hers as well who are experiencing the same lack of communication. Like the previous reviewer, I thought her photos were great and waited before writing a negative review, but she is so unprofessional that I would never recommend her at this point.
