The attention to detail is amazing. They matched everything about my engagement ring perfectly - the unique curve, engraving pattern, and even the exact point on the side where the engraving stops. The shape of my wedding band also slopes very uniquely in order to show off as much of the engagement ring while still fitting close. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and it was a pleasure to work with Alex. My husband also brought in a rough sketch of a necklace he wanted made for me as a wedding present. It turned out beautiful and again the quality of work was amazing. The customer service is also wonderful. I had stupidly tried cleaning my engagement ring at home the Thursday afternoon before my wedding and popped out a small sapphire. I immediately rushed to Alex and they stopped all their other orders to work on my repair. I had it back cleaned and polished a few hours later.

I looked everywhere for a setting for my great-grandmothers 1.5 carat diamond. Jared's actually told me that none of their standard settings could accommodate my stone and that I should consider getting a smaller diamond, Really?

Very happy with our wedding bands. Received heirloom bands and had them both resized, buffed, and replaced a few stones in one band. Louizos were very responsive and professional. My rings were never left my sight while discussing the sizing and stone replacement.
