What a hit these favors were! I originally found Lost Loon Farms on Etsy, and I loved their little jars of preserves with fabric tops and labels. They looked like they would match our rustic wedding perfectly. I ordered some flavors to try out beforehand and mentioned in the order that I was trying out flavors for my wedding. The owner contacted me to let me know that one of the flavors I ordered is not one that they do for wedding favors, so he threw an extra one in for free! Stellar service there. They were so yummy, so I decided to go ahead with ordering half blueberry and half strawberry. You can choose a color for the fabric and the saying on the label. There were some snafus with timing due to miscommunication, but overall everything got worked out and I received the favors in plenty of time. I'm a lifelong customer of these guys for jam now, because they're just so darn good!

Customer service is non existent after the first phone call and subsequent immediate charge to my account that was for an amount they have yet to provide an explanation for

Ordered these for my wedding this October. Ordered them months in advance, in which Tucker assured me he would be able to have them to me in time. I was becoming very worried when I didn't receive them a few days before the wedding and he had to rush ship them (I paid in full the date of order). Then I did not receive my full order and since it was so close to my date there was no way for him to get me the remaining jars in time. I am still trying to get a refund for the jars I did not receive. Do not order from this company.

Worst customer service ever! Refused to answer our phone calls and messages before our wedding when we didn't receive our jam favors. When our reception coordinator finally got a hold of them they said he forgot our wedding was that weekend. He only had 3/4 of our favors for us and refused to answer our phone calls and messages requesting a refund. My bride was super stressed over Lost Loon Farms incompetence. Our coordinator caught him as he tried to sneak in and drop off the 3/4 of our favors 2 hours before our wedding without anyone seeing him and described him as "sketchy." I would highly recommend against doing any business with Lost Loon Farms. I have just had my credit card company issue a charge back against them because almost 2 weeks after my wedding I still can't get a hold of them to get our refund for the missing favors.

I'm so upset with Lost Loon Farms. I placed an order for my wedding that's in October and as soon as I gave my money (which they charged me for shipping and weren't supposed to. THEN didn't refund me when I've asked for it several times), I've hardly heard a word from Tucker. These would've been perfect for my wedding. They quoted me a good price. They decorated the jars perfectly. But I never got to see that since I'm canceling my order from them due to a lack of professionalism on their part. VERY disappointed.
