excellent venue for our wedding reception. Would recommend Los Vaqueros to anyone looking for a beautiful atmosphere and the best Authentic Mexican food in DFW. Vicki Cisternos and her staff were wonderful; flexible, very friendly and excellent customer service. They can provide both indoor and outdoor space for events; we used both and our guests loved the atmosphere! The gardens were beautiful and tucked away from the traffic of other patrons. Can't say enough about this place. A very affordable venue also.

I love the venue and the food. The price was great and they helped us as much as they could. The only thing was I never really knew what I had to work with till I got to the venue.
However they do treat you very well there!
I do wish they had served our guest the chips and salsa instead of our guest having to go up and get those.

The courtyard is awesome. Just so happens we are having the 4th wettest may on record. So we had to move our ceremony to another place. They found it. It was great as well. The food was great. Staff very helpful.

My only gripe about this venue was the lady that was heading our function. From the get go she was very lax on responses to e mails calls texts and just general information swapping.

The day of the rehearsal she was late and appeared to be very distracted. Told us she'd be there the day of the ceremony to help all participants be where they will be needed.

So the day of the ceremony we have to shift locations due to weather concerns. That's fine. But after initial set up she left and was not seen again. The Dj played the wrong songs for the entrances of ceremony participants due to no one coordinating the process. No one knew this. But we did. We over come that. And at the end of the night we get a bill that was 1100 higher than agreed upon and signed contract. I was flabbergasted. My mother in law handled this ordeal. But I was very shocked at this.

Los vaqueros is a great restaurant and the staff was very good and the food was excellent. We only had issues w the woman running the show.
