The Fort Worth Zoo in Texas invites couples to go wild on their wedding day. This unique location has multiple charming spaces to accommodate 75-1,000 guests. Event spaces include The Reserve at the African Savanna, the Portraits of the Wild Art Gallery and a rustic Texas Town with indoor event space. The zoo is located ten minutes from downtown Fort Worth.

Facilities and Capacity

The Reserve can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for wedding receptions. The newest event space looks out over the stunning African Savanna where giraffe, antelope, and African birds roam. A paved floor under the tent ensures no shoes will sink into the grass and there is plenty of room for dancing. The Portraits of the Wild Art Gallery is a room in the round that houses a world-renowned collection of wildlife art. This elegant venue is available for groups of 75 – 150. Located deep in the heart of the turn of the century Texas Town is the Bluebonnet Café and deck where up to 400 guests can spend an evening under a beautiful Texas sunset. From boots to black tie, this incredible exhibit is perfect for any Texas-themed wedding or reception.

Couples can host wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners or engagement parties at the Fort Worth Zoo. Live animal encounters and any number of fun add-ons are available for weddings. Tables, chairs, and linens are available for events or can be rented to fit any theme or color palette. Lighting and sound service packages are also available to rent. The professional staff at the zoo helps with planning prior to your big day and is also available on the day of the wedding to assist with last-minute details.
