We are so happy to have worked with Cassie and Dan for our once in a lifetime day. We got married at Nestldown on 10/18/25. Cassie made the process so easy and fun. The communication and phone calls were great. Our final meeting to go over the Vibo app which was fantastic and easy to plug in music from whatever platform was really helpful. I had many songs where I wanted it played at certain times during the day, in certain order, and a certain time period in the song and they nailed it. Music is a huge part of the day for me and what I was really looking forward to on the day. The whole day went off without a hitch. She even found my maid of honor who wondered off before giving her speech. The announcements and transitions were great. The Photo Booth was an absolute hit. I can't recommend enough booking the photobooth. It is modern day wedding favors and our guests were so excited to take home. The quality of the Photo Booth and the prop sunglasses were so fun. I also got so many photos to my surprise as well at the end and I am so excited for my keepsakes. We are so happy with booking Los Gatos DJ and definitely recommend them and their Photo Booth for any and all events.

We are so glad we hired Los Gatos DJ Company for our minimony at Nestldown. They were on our venue's recommended vendor list, and I reached out to them and one other DJ. Cassie responded to me immediately, and sent me all of the information about their availability, pricing, and the services they offered. I really appreciated that Los Gatos DJ Company took into account that we were doing a four-hour minimony, not a full day wedding (whereas the other company I contacted quoted me the same price as their full day, six-hour events).

I scheduled a phone consultation with Cassie, and she was very professional, yet so easy to talk to and FUN! When I hung up the phone, I texted my fiance to tell him I'd already found the right DJ for us. In the months leading up to the wedding, any time I emailed them, they responded very promptly. They also have a comprehensive form to fill out and send to them before the wedding, indicating the songs we want for different important events during the wedding day, as well as our favorite artists/styles and artists/songs we dislike. Even though it took some time to fill out, I really appreciated that it helped me think through the timeline of the day.

The day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. They totally understood the genres of music we were hoping to hear and Cassie did a great job with all of the announcements/emceeing. We got SO many compliments on the music, and we and our guests had such a blast. We purposely declined to choose a specific song for our grand entrance, and Cassie and Dan chose the perfect song for us to enter to, based on the artists and music we said we liked.

Cassie and Dan of Los Gatos DJ played a huge role in making our wedding at Nestldown in Los Gatos, CA this summer a night we will never forget! We cannot say enough great things about them! First and foremost, Cassie and Dan are amazing human beings. They are the nicest and most kind people you could ever meet and always make sure your asks are met by going above and beyond. They are very organized, professional, and talented at what they do.

Music is very important for my wife and I, and it was going to be a very important part of our wedding. From the start, they made planning out our music, photo booth, and transitions throughout the night very easy. They use a fantastic app named Vibo that helps organize your musical timeline throughout the night. They also are experts in helping suggest songs/genres in case you are struggling with finding the right song for all the special moments throughout the night.

Having stellar DJing throughout the night was one thing, but the open air photo booth they provided as well was incredible. By the end of the night, we lost count at how many guests complimented both the DJing and photo booth! Both the dance floor and photo booth were PACKED the entire night - both were definitely highlights of our special night. Cassie also did a spectacular job MCing and assisting in our transitions throughout the night.

We highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Cassie and Dan with Los Gatos DJ. My husband and I aren't hugely into traditional or popular music, and after one conversation with us, Cassie absolutely nailed the playlist for our eclectic group of guests. My wife Megan and I hired Los Gatos DJ for our wedding in April 2018 at Nestldown. After evaluating a number of wedding DJs, we chose Cassie and Dan because of their attention to detail, highly personal approach, and spot-on feedback during our initial consultation. They definitely delivered and even exceeded our expectations. Here's what I remember from the day:

- MCing, announcements, introductions... all were spot-on. All names were pronounced correctly and at the right time.

- We had specific musical asks for some parts of the wedding, and other parts where we trusted Cassie and Dan to judge the mood and pick music accordingly. They nailed both scenarios. The music they chose was awesome and changed throughout the night to match the vibe of the event. The music we chose was played perfectly, with excellent timing and correct sound levels for both speech and music. Cassie and Dan timed the start of the bride's processional so that the song ended just as Megan took her place across from me at the ceremony. Very smooth.

- A number of guests told us (and continue to tell us) that it was the best wedding they've attended. The music and speeches contributed to this a lot.

- We opted to add the photo booth they offer, which added a fun and unique set of photos to our wedding album.

Megan and I put a ton of effort into making the day feel special for our guests, and Cassie and Dan enhanced our wedding significantly. Their professionalism and attention to detail allowed everyone in attendance to focus on the words, music, and experiences of the day without distraction. I'll be recommending Los Gatos DJ to friends that are getting married in the bay area, and I have no hesitation recommending them here on Wedding Wire and on other review sites as well.

We were so lucky to get Cassie from Los Gatos DJ as the DJ for our wedding. She was incredible! We had some crazy requests for music - from the ceremony to dancing - and not only did Cassie get everything we wanted in, she was able to bring in so many other songs that fit our taste and vibe. We booked Cassie and Dan for our wedding day at Nestldown. They did ALL of the music (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception).

We wanted different genres of music for each event throughout the day. They asked us for a list of songs and artists that we like so they could put together some playlists for the day. We gave them about three songs/ artists for each event (cocktail hour, dinner, etc.) and they did the rest. All of the music was exactly spot on!

They even helped us with the processional music when we were stuck. That was a big help!

Cassie helped run the day by making all of the announcements. She was absolutely perfect and adorable :)

They were responsive by email, letting you know when they will be able to get back to you and doing so in a timely manner.
