Los Alcatraces venue was beautiful for our daughter’s quinceañera. The staff was wonderful to work with and helped with every detail along the way. They made my daughter’s dream come true.

Thank You so so much for the amazing work y'all do. I looked at many other venues and did attend several Expos but this venue was by far the best choice we could have ever made. Many thanks to their entire staff especially Mariana and Melly who helped make our daughter's day so very special and amazing. From start to finish it was excellent Customer Service and a pleasure to have met such an amazing staff. The food and all the accommodations they recommended and helped with was simply wonderful. I highly recommend it you will not be disappointed.

I am so blessed to have had my wedding at this beautiful, wonderful and amazing reception hall. Everything was completely perfect from the decorations, food, service and amazing staff! Carmen Cazares was a blessing she was not only a event coordinator she ended up being a friend. My wedding was prefect because I was treated as family I appreciate everything and everyone.

Este lugar lo recomiendo .como uno de los mejores salones que he ido a fiestas ,en Houston .aparte que el trato es unico en todo el personal que trabaja aqui .responsables y la Senora Beatriz .siempre contesta tus llamadas y siempre al pendiente de todo .y las ideas para tu evento son unicas te la recomindo .

I’m sharing it as a guest. The owner kept us outside until the time to come inside. She didn’t want anybody inside the hall, before pics were taken.
Place is nice and was nicely decorated, but they might need to work on customer service.
