5/5 stars all the way. This was our fav vendor of the whole process. She was super communicative, understanding and so so sweet. She helped us feel at home in front of a camera when we are normally awkward goobers but still gave our personalities to our photos. The turnaround times for our engagement photos and bridal photos were super quick and our sneak peaks of our wedding photos were absolutely phenomenal. She stepped in several times to fix my veil, help fix my hair and just acted like a beautiful friend throughout our wedding day. We cannot wait to see the rest of our photos and the wedding video in about 9ish weeks. Although we weren't able to do the live stream because of the venue not having the service needed, they posted the video the next morning (worth noting it was Easter morning so they must have been working hard to get that done).

Lorena was our photographer and the venue owner for our wedding some time back. During that time my spouse and I were in a car accident and I sustained a traumatic brain injury that left me in a lot of agonizing pain and a lot of issues, mostly walk, speaking and just overall exhaustion. Lorena literally kept the whole wedding together! Our accident was a couple months before our engagement shoot and Lorena was very willing to reschedule but I was so excited to have do something nice since I had non stop doctor/lawyer visits. I remember being a very slow walker at that time and Lorena and her team were very understanding to my current condition, they got the shot without causing me any more suffering. She made the whole process easy and the photos are amazing. I wasn't up to a lot of walking so most of the shoots were to and from and at the one park we choose. We're not super photogenic people so the process was long but even on the walk back, after our allotted time Lorena took the time to get a shot we thought would be cute at an antique light post. The wedding planner we choose was a no show to our wedding rehearsal and since Lorena was the venue owner she was there and stepped in to lead us in the rehearsal. Day of photos was the least stressful part, Lorena kept guests at bay when they saw us taking bride and groom photos. She captured the whole event so beautifully, which I absolutely cherish. My parents are divorced and refuse to speak to each other, so it made family photos more work than necessary, Lorena was able to deal with three separate shoots, and made everyone so comfortable. I was an absolute wreck at that time in my life, and the wedding was very difficult for me. It was 9months after my accident and I had to sit down a lot and everything was very taxing, you'd never known from the photos Lorena gave us, she captured every smile and so many candid shots from guests. It brings me to tears to think of how much she went out of her way to keep everything together during a time when I struggled with everyday activities. I'm sorry it took so long to write a review but I can not recommend Lorena enough for your wedding.

We absolutely loved working with Lorena and her team for our engagement photos and wedding day. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Lorena was super responsive and helpful. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and we had a lot of fun taking pictures with her. On our wedding day she made us feel so calm and she was really good at making sure we got all of the pictures we wanted on the day. We highly recommend Lorena and cannot wait to work with her for future life events!

Lorena and her team exceeded my expectations! I love all of my photos from the engagement to wedding. I am impressed at the quality of her work and the memories that were captured. I am forever grateful! I am so happy to have invested in her work. I highly recommend this vendor!

I can't say enough how hard Lorena Burns & her team works to make every picture beautiful. The bridal photo shoot turned into my complete vision and more. I loved every picture. My wedding day, Lorena made sure to take all of the pictures I described I wanted with family and friends, for the reception Lorena and her team were there to catch every special moment. I will always be grateful for Lorena Burns & her team for capturing the most beautiful pictures that will last a lifetime. She made sure the day we took all photos needed while meeting timeline of the day for us to enjoy our reception and cocktail hour. I highly recommend her as a photographer for any event or any occasion!

We originally booked Lorena and Jeff for our October 2020 wedding back in 2018. Unfortunately, due to covid, we rescheduled our wedding celebration for October 2021 with the intent of still getting married on our original date.

Lorena was so easy to work with and it was so easy to reschedule and we cannot be more grateful. She was also flexible in terms of our engagement photos since when we originally scheduled them, it was due to rain. We used all our original vendors except for venue and coordinator for our microwedding in October 2020 and Lorena was able to recommend someone to us. We didn’t end up booking the person she recommended but we appreciated the help all the same.

We love how all our pictures and video turned out for both our microwedding and our wedding celebration. We got so many compliments on each. In fact, due to the great work Lorena and her team does, two of my close friends also booked her for their wedding! We can’t wait to use Lorena and her team for other milestones in our life!

I don't have enough good things to say about Lorena and Jeff! Their photos are immaculate, every detail was captured to perfection! Additionally, I later hired them to edit a video commemorating my late grandmother, and the care and detail they took to make sure it was perfect blew me away! Without even knowing this person, they captured her life perfectly in a video. They were a dream to work with both in photography and videography! 10000% recommend!

Lorena is the best! She was beyond a blessing to have as a wedding photographer. Not only did she provide amazing photography, she also guided me through my wedding planning, since I was planning my own wedding and referred me to other great vendors to create the perfect vendor team for our special day. I appreciated how Lorena went above and beyond as a photographer and set aside time to get to know me as a bride. Her effective communication, personal customer service, and time management made the whole process run so smoothly. My wedding theme was centered around boho chic, and her editing in our pictures captured the theme so perfectly. She ensured we were both on the same page prior to the wedding day and fit my requested pictures into our timeline the day of the wedding. She also captured every guest who attended our wedding, so looking down the road, I can easily remember who was there. Not to mention, our bride and groom pictures are absolutely stunning, and I’m going to remember our wedding day so beautifully. The day of the wedding was pretty hectic, so when I received my wedding pictures back, it was like I was reliving my wedding day all over again, especially because she and Angie, her second shooter, captured every pivotal moment of our wedding from EVERY angle. Their creativity along with Lorena’s husband, Jeff, who was my videography, is amazing and their presence at my wedding calmed me throughout the morning prior to walking down the aisle with having pre-ceremony jitters. Their passion for their clients and photography is apparent through their work, and I and so thankful to have found them for our special day.
