It's kind of funny but when doing a destination wedding you have a lot of time to chat with your guests usually days before the wedding. A popular topic of conversation was about how great our travel agent was and where did we find her. That is how great Annalynne Bogner of Lone Palm Travel is and how fondly everyone who used her spoke of her services.
We found Annalynne on a rather active forum for people visiting Playa Del Carmen. As a travel agent she seemed to especially have knowledge of Cancun and Playa and Tulum and after one email conversation with her we knew she was the only person to help us and our guests with our travel. Her encyclopedic knowledge of the area combined with her personable nature and the fact that she genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of you puts her in the upper echelon of travel people.
Annalynne made great recommendations, got us (and our guests) a great rate (and kept checking to see if we could get other discounts or if prices went down and then made the appropriate adjustments), and even worked with the hotel to set up our rehearsal dinner (we were not getting married at the hotel but many of our guests ended up staying and it was an all inclusive). To say she went above and beyond would almost be to diminish how much she really did for us and how comfortable we felt about everything to do with travel and accommodation for our wedding.
