Maria made our special day perfect. She was flexible and so patient. She took care of our whole wedding party and the mothers. She is an amazing artist who really cares about her clients and treats them as family / friends. She truly is one of a kind. She is very talented and knowledgeable is all aspect of beauty. As someone who doesn’t wear much makeup, I was nervous about feeling like I was wearing ‘too much‘ for my liking. Maria listened to what I wanted, and accomplished it more beautifully than I could have hoped for. She gave me a natural glow that made me feel so pretty and confident for my big day! Her knowledge and experience in the cosmetic world is very evident in how she knows exactly what products are the right choice for you. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she was so personable and immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience fun. Would choose her again in a heartbeat!

Maria is WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!!!! I have never paid a professional for makeup and hair EVER. Prices scared me at first but after working with Maria over the phone she made the process easy and effortless. She worked with me after work sometimes after 9 pm to answer my questions. I did not meet Maria until the morning of my wedding however I felt we were best friends. Her work really is art . I have never felt more beautiful. HIRE HER!!!!!!!! SHE IS THE BEST!!

They didn’t do the bride in time (me) for my wedding. Refused to finish. Made the bridesmaids help me (with lashes) while they watched. They didn’t prep my face just started putting on powder.. I’ve been waiting for the manager to contact me because she had to leave during my wedding makeup due to her grandmother dying.. so her replacement came and she was so rude. She was trying to left before finishing and said “your friend can do it”. I had to go with no lashes and my lip stick. It was one of the craziest worst experiences I’ve ever had that I get to remember forever now.

If I could give 0 Stars I would! Reading all these other reviews on their website it seems this "boutique" just does bad business!

I am getting married down in Lincoln City traveling from Portland/Vancouver area mid-September time frame. I got referred to them by someone working my wedding who lives down there, so I already had the thought if someone who works weddings in Lincoln City is referring them they must be great. I called Mid July and talked to a receptionist and she gave me all the quotes and pricing for myself, MOH and a bridesmaid to get hair and make-up done. Also was quoted what it was for travel to our venue if we did not want to travel to their boutique. I let the receptionist know I would talk to my wedding party about prices and call her back.(mind you the pricing I was given was in the area we were looking at, and that was to have someone travel down from Portland so it all made sense) I gave her a call back no later than 2 hours and confirmed everything with her again. Times, date, prices and what they would need from us. She let me know someone would be contacting me closer to the date for pictures of what we wanted and for them to go over a rundown of what we would expect for that date.

As my wedding date is closely approaching (2-ish weeks), I still have no heard from them. So I decided to give them a call, got no answer but someone called me back later and explained the person I had talked to before was no longer with them, then explained to me a lot of August appointments had gotten messed up, scheduling was a mess Etc. The girl then told me she would text me all pricing and all information because they did not have a quote for me on record. I let her know I did have a quote and it was all written down but left in my wedding book at home and I could let her know the next morning all the information I was given. She was ok with that and still sent me all quotes for wedding day make/up and hair. IT WAS DOUBLE what I was quoted for the MOH and Bridesmaid, and almost TRIPLE for me the Bride. When I text her back the next morning the prices I was quoted, I was ghosted the entire day and ignored when I tried calling 2 times. I did not get a message back until the day after which was not caring, not apologetic but a rude response from Maria (owner). Not trying to fix anything or try and make anything work for us, just stating their prices are basically non negatable and it is what it is. Told me there was no quote on file and no CC reservation which again I was never told about from the original lady I had talked to. The last thing she said to was they need a reservation ASAP or the reservation for my wedding day would be cancelled. Also did I mention this was all a TEXT! How unprofessional for a business who is basically ruining someone's wedding day to just send a text and be done with the situation.

I am an easy going person, I understand mistakes can be made. Obviously this girl is not working there anymore for a reason which was made very apparent when I talked to the girl who told me she was no longer with them. But why would it come down on myself and my wedding party as a fault and so close to the big day? Now we are left scrambling! As a business you would think you would want to correct the wrong that had been done, especially when you are now ruining someone wedding day! This is not just a daily hair appointment of a cut and color! They could have met us half way with pricing, we could have changed some things around that we originally wanted to get done. We thought about just forfeiting the hair and just all doing make-up done, but that could not even be discussed because the unprofessional owner wanted to respond in a text.

When you are thinking about booking here I would highly think about the service you are going to get by not just reading my review but others that are below mine as well. A little customer service goes a long way and this place is definitely in the negatives for customer service. I wouldn't want to spend my big day with these people even if they tried to fix it!
