Doug put together an excellent group of musicians, played everything we asked for superbly, did a wonderful Anniversary Dance, and a really fun Grand March! He was great to work with, and very concientious about getting any information he needed to make the reception perfect.

I contracted with Doug Smith through our venue at Skytop. However, he put me in touch with Colleen a cellist who then put together the other musicians. They were not the cheapest but I figured I would get an assurance that they would be good as Lexington is the house band at Skytop. However, Colleen found other musicians who likely are not associated with Skytop. As I walked down the aisle, I was cringing for the violinist - definitely not in tune. I was pretty disappointed and almost wish I had saved the $700 and just had my DJ play for the ceremony. Maybe if I had contacted Colleen directly I would've saved Doug's $100 middle man finders fee. Positive is they showed up on time and played.
