John is great and professional. We could not afford HD video, but the regular video looks good. We were a little disappointed that he didn't shoot the candy buffet, the kids craft area, and our arrival to the ceremony/reception. We also didn't like the ending of the video; it ended with the garter toss, instead of ending with the bride and groom.
