Our wedding was spectacular thanks to Leigh & Co. We had the pleasure of having Molly Fickes as our day of coordinator. She gave so much more than just a day of coordinator.
Molly Fickes took the chaotic mess we had thrown together and made it into the most memorable and romantic wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator and were blown away with the organization she helped with. She was diligent and made sure we had every teensy aspect planned efficiently. I had a traumatic car crash 2 months prior to the wedding that resulted in a concussion and her organization skills really saved me.
Our wedding was slightly chaotic. It had 2 locations in one venue, and this venue was incredibly strict with rules. There was a smaller ceremony and dinner with around 35 people.
Then a reception with 75 at a different location.
We didn't have access to the reception until after the ceremony started, we also had most of the decor from the ceremony needing to be moved to the reception. There were strategic issues about bringing in antique furniture, and not being able to have anyone place this ahead of time due to time constraints. Molly worked with the venue, catering staff, and some hired people off laborjack to ensure every aspect was perfect. Molly was able to miraculously make this transition seamless. She was great at telling vendors where to be, ensuring things were occurring at the right times, and that everything was set up and torn down in the right way. The best part is that it didn't appear chaotic at all. It was all behind the scenes and Molly made it look effortless.
I really cannot thank her enough for her huge contribution. If I were to do it again I would honestly just hire her for the entire thing and let her take the wheel because she was fantastic.

Maggie Mosher of Leigh & Co Events is the most amazing wedding coordinator you could have. From the moment she stepped in, everything was organized and calm. She handled every detail behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics.

Even with only needing day-of coordination, we had great communication ahead of time, through emails and meetings, to ensure everything was organized and prepared for the wedding. She communicated clearly with all our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and solved any issue that came up, especially in the few days leading up to our wedding day. The best thing we did for our wedding was hire Niki! She did everything to take things off of my plate, she was so kind and truly wanted us to have the best day of our lives. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us from the moment we met and for being the reason why our wedding day went seamlessly!!

Katie and Janie were our day-of coordinators for our wedding, and literally made it so we didn't have to think about logistics for a single second on our big day. They seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors, made sure that little tweaks (like the garish original purple hue of the string lights) went away with the wave of a hand, and perhaps most importantly, drove the 20 minutes back to the ceremony location to fetch our ice cream cake(!) and its cooler out of the snow where the groom (who had been thinking about other things) had forgotten to nab it on the way to the reception. Really appreciate these guys, and frankly have no idea how many other things they had to smooth out the day of, because we never had to deal with it. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you guys so much!
