Our wedding was spectacular thanks to Leigh & Co. We had the pleasure of having Molly Fickes as our day of coordinator. She gave so much more than just a day of coordinator.
Molly Fickes took the chaotic mess we had thrown together and made it into the most memorable and romantic wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator and were blown away with the organization she helped with. She was diligent and made sure we had every teensy aspect planned efficiently. I had a traumatic car crash 2 months prior to the wedding that resulted in a concussion and her organization skills really saved me.
Our wedding was slightly chaotic. It had 2 locations in one venue, and this venue was incredibly strict with rules. There was a smaller ceremony and dinner with around 35 people.
Then a reception with 75 at a different location.
We didn't have access to the reception until after the ceremony started, we also had most of the decor from the ceremony needing to be moved to the reception. There were strategic issues about bringing in antique furniture, and not being able to have anyone place this ahead of time due to time constraints. Molly worked with the venue, catering staff, and some hired people off laborjack to ensure every aspect was perfect. Molly was able to miraculously make this transition seamless. She was great at telling vendors where to be, ensuring things were occurring at the right times, and that everything was set up and torn down in the right way. The best part is that it didn't appear chaotic at all. It was all behind the scenes and Molly made it look effortless.
I really cannot thank her enough for her huge contribution. If I were to do it again I would honestly just hire her for the entire thing and let her take the wheel because she was fantastic. -

My husband and I worked with Caitlin as our day-of coordinator, and she was more than we could have ever asked for! Leading up to the wedding, she coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was aligned on timing and logistics. On the day itself, she set up all of our décor beautifully for both the ceremony and reception, and managed everything from load-in to load-out so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks to her, our wedding day was completely stress-free and absolutely perfect! -

I was unsure about having a day-of coordinator, but I’m so glad I chose Leigh and Co and their team (specifically Janie)! They handled everything, even a decor mishap, so the day was completely stress-free. I would have been much more stressed without them, and they set up everything perfectly as I envisioned. -

Working with Leigh & CO on our wedding day was wonderful. Initially, we were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, but we are so glad we did! Our coordinator, Molly, was essential in helping everything run smoothly. She checked in multiple times in the weeks / months leading up to the wedding. Day of, it was so nice having her there directing decor set up, coordinating with vendors, maintaining our timeline, handling tear down at the end of the night, etc. as it allowed us to relax and enjoy our big day. We're so appreciative of her help and would recommend to any engaged couples!! -

Our Coordinator, Sophie, was amazing! She jump in quickly and efficiently. Communication with her was phenomenal! She was so sweet and easy to work with as well. She set up our venue beautifully and handled minor issues that come up beautifully. Overall, we appreciate Leigh and Co for all their help making our wedding day seamless! -

Leigh & Co. was an excellent and relatively affordable option! Going into wedding planning, I didn't fully understand the value of day-of coordination, but it turned out to be a lifesaver. Sophie was the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and she was so on top of giving us advice, creating our timeline, and coordinating with vendors in the months beforehand. Then on the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly, and even had our cars fully packed up before the last song finished (I didn't even notice, so it was such a nice surprise!) The assistant Emily was also great! -

Absolutely Amazing Day-Of Experience with Leigh & Co.!
We found Leigh & Co. through instagram and could not be more happy with our wedding day experience.
The owner Brianne was so helpful and always incredibly quick to respond. She also introduced us to her floral business, Calla Lane Florals, which we were also very impressed with.
Molly was our day of coordinator/planner and she absolutely killed it. She was responsive, informative, and on top of everything the day of. She routinely checked in with us and kept things running so smoothly. She had plenty of resources available to help keep the planning process moving and did a great job creating our timeline, setting up our decor, and was all around wonderful to work with.
I highly recommend Leigh & Co.! -

We booked Leigh & Co Events as our Day-Of wedding planner and based on Brianna meeting me and hearing what I was looking for, we were assigned to Marina Damon. Marina was organized, friendly and great at communicating. She did a great job of setting appropriate expectations for me. We did a few planning calls, she attended our venue walk through, our rehearsal and rocked our wedding day. On the wedding day, she also had an assistant planner with her. Marina did a great job of keeping our day on schedule. I never had to worry about anything which is sort of the whole point! I knew with Marina there, everything would be great. Highly recommend Marina and the Leigh & Co Events team to make your wedding day run just the way you want it to! -

Investing in a day of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We worked with Lexi Quirk and she was incredible - Lexi is professional, positive, and has a can-do attitude. In terms of wedding day prep, she prompted us with many questions we didn't even think about before, which helped us be much more prepared. As for day of, she was a life saver - from setting up decor, to managing clean up at the end, to making sure everything was exactly in place at the right time... she was invaluable. We are SO thankful for Lexi helping make our day amazing! -

Leigh and Co and specifically Lexi Quirk literally saved my wedding multiple times. I could not have planned this wedding without them and from the first day I met Lexi to the final moment she dropped back off my decorations, it was an absolute pleasure working with her. I highly highly recommend Leigh and Co and Lexi Quirk to any upcoming bride and would suggest paying for the full package as she will literally guide you through everything. -

Honestly, we didn't think we needed a day-of coordinator for our wedding, but as we started to dial in the details we realized how important that role is. We reached out to Leigh & Co Events pretty last minute in our planning process, and they graciously brought us on board and introduced us to Hailey. Hailey was a KEY role in making our wedding the success that it was! She is such a kind soul and was so easy to work with all the way from our initial meeting to the end of our wedding evening. Her calm, yet focused energy gave us so much peace of mind before and during our wedding day. She adjusted a few elements that the venue had done so seamlessly! We used Leigh and Co for our wedding this month and hands down the best decision we made. From start to finish their team was there to help us. We used their Wedding Management Services and had a great onboarding call right from the start with Lexi. Lexi then helped all the questions we had and provided recommendations to us! Starting a month out we had a great in person meeting and started talking through timeline. SOOO many things that we didn't think of were discussed and organized. Our day was flawless and that was all the Lexi and team. She was at the rehearsal helping the day of and was the last person out on the wedding day helping with our personal belongings! Do not hesitate to hire Leigh and Co! -

Brianne Leigh Weddings was one of our most valuable vendors that we hired and our day would not have been the same without Stefany. Stefany was so incredibly professional and organized it made my day as a bride so breezy and I was able to relax. Brianne and Stefany were both VERY quick to respond, they went far above and beyond, and they were so easy to communicate with and were able to bring our wedding vision to life. We hired BLW for day of coordination but whenever I had vendor questions or needed advice before our wedding Brianne was so helpful in easing some of my stresses and supportive in getting documentation from vendors etc. Brianne and Stefany asked all of the right questions and our wedding was EXACTLY how I imagined it and our wedding didn't have a single hiccup because of Stefany. She handled every single detail down to making sure we had a plate, forks and napkin ready for when we were ready to cut our wedding cake.
As a bride, I tried to hire all vendors that made me feel excited about wedding planning and confident for our wedding day and I can say that Brianne Leigh Weddings did exactly that. They will go above and beyond. If you're going back and forth on hiring a day-of coordinator or wedding planner like we did, definitely hire a planner or coordinator and hire Brianne Leigh Weddings. -

I'm so glad I found Brianne and her team. We were looking for a day-of coordinator last minute, and Brianne hit the ground running and asked all of the right questions to help me make sure I was prepared. Marina coordinated at the wedding, and she was fabulous! She was personable, organized, and the perfect balance of calm and on top of things. It was such a treat to be able to leave at the end of the night and know she would oversee the cleanup and make sure all of our items made it to the right place. Worth every penny! -

Brianne is incredible, I want her to plan every event for me! She has an eye for design and detail and is the most organized person I've ever worked with. She really helped make the wedding planning process go smoothly and make sure everything was taken care of. I struggled with how to put the schedule and timeline together for our wedding day and Brianne outlined everything so clearly. She also curated and organized the cutest welcome bags for our guests with the most thoughtful details, everybody loved them! Brianne was a delight to work with and would recommend her to anyone. -

If you're looking for someone who is going to take away all the stress with planning your most important day, look elsewhere!! Brianne waited until I asked her about vendor reach out, approximately 1.5 weeks before my wedding. Prior to this, she conducted no vendor reach out on her own. Additionally, she waited until 3 days before my wedding to confirm vendor arrival times and responsibilities, leaving me to scramble to figure out who was going to set up my venue. She never confirmed it with a single vendor and instead assumed it would be taken care of. She did not reach out to the rentals company with final numbers until I drafted the email myself. After the wedding when I expressed my disappointment on her failure to actually plan anything, she refused to provide a discount. I highly do not recommend using this vendor.
