In preparing to purchase a wedding gown for my daughter’s wedding, I booked appointments at several stores located in Coral Gables that seemed to have beautiful dresses on their websites. At the first place we went, the dresses were fine, but my daughter just did not connect with any specific dress. The second place cancelled our appointment at the last minute due to a computer glitch. I was disappointed, but luckily, there was a third place, Leggenda. We worked with Olga. My daughter had certain ideas about how the dress should look, and Olga listened carefully and brought out some suggestions. One in particular really captured the essence of what my daughter was saying, and in addition, was extraordinarily flattering when she tried it on. When we saw it on, we knew that this was the right dress. We also worked with Olga to style the dress with a veil. We were not quite sure how we felt about veils, tiaras, and other hair ornaments, but Olga showed us various options and helped us through this decision. Once the dress in the correct size was delivered to the store, we worked with Olga and the seamstress to get everything right. It took several visits, but when it was done, it was like a dream. Because it fit so perfectly and it was so beautiful, it seemed like a couture dress. The seamstress created some internal structure and added boning to help the dress lay properly. Aside from that, she added a button to help us bustle the dress, which we found easy to use. I was very happy with our experience shopping at Leggenda and recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Olga found my wedding gown in under 5 minutes! I'd been to several stores and tried on over 30 dresses, we knew what we were looking for, told her the shape and the look and she had already narrowed the store to TWO dresses. From there she expertly picked my accessories. I came back to pick up my dress and she found a dress for my MOM. Seriously, she is wonderful and i now have to find more reasons to buy fancy dresses so i can shop in this store.
