Amazing and would recommend all day!

Heather and Kennedy were a God send on our big day!! I can’t say enough about them!! They were amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them for any event. Heather has a talent for this and took care of things I didn’t even think of. Truly a blessing!!! I was in a whirlwind so I have no clue what they had to do or deal with to make my day as perfect as it was but it did not go unnoticed. From the very beginning of working with Heather she could not say it enough "Leave It to Us the day of" and she was not kidding!! She handled everything from dozens of emails and questions from me, texts and calls...contacting vendors, making sure everyone was informed, vendors and bridal party, setting the time line and ensuring that every moving part stuck to the timeline. She thought of things I didn't even think of and covered stuff I didn't even know I was missing, helped with decor and never batted an eye at my craziness leading up to our wedding. Very responsive and professional! She doesn't mess around. Exactly the girl you want to be calling the shots on your big day! Not a single hiccup went unhandled and resolved before my husband and I even knew about it. She called last minute audibles that made the day flow even better and never skipped a beat! ALWAYS keeping my vision in mind. It was the best money you will spend to have someone like Leave It To Us in your pocket on your big day when all you literally have to do is enjoy yourself. And boy did we!! Thank you Heather and Kennedy. If you ever need an event coordinator LITU is your call!!!

Heather was essential to making our special day run smoothly and effectively. She was there every step of the way, and did such a great job managing the rest of our vendors. Heather was fantastic at managing the flow of the wedding, without letting me and my husband feel any of the stress. If you are debating getting a day-of coordinator- Do it! And hire Heather! You will be thanking yourself later.

We had to rearrange our wedding 3 times due to COVID-19. She smoothly helped us transition to each postponement and change and did it flawlessly. She will help coordinate our reception party that we will have next year!!

Heather and Kennedy made my day absolutely amazing and stress-free. I hired them as my decorator and day-of coordinator respectively, and the whole day was so effortless. Kennedy made an almost minute-by-minute timeline that the whole bridal party referred to all day, and she got with all of our vendors ahead of time to coordinate set up times, flower drop offs, DJ cues throughout the night, etc. When we had an issue with an unruly guest later in the night, I watched them handle the situation immediately and I didn’t even need to stop dancing. Truly fantastic. As far as decorating, Heather made great suggestions and I did rent several items through her, but I made several DIY pieces and had my own centerpieces and votives that my husband dropped off at the venue the night before, and Heather set up everything! These ladies saved me multiple headaches and stress, which is incredible considering Covid threw us some curveballs. They were supportive and rolled with everything, highly recommend.

Heather did my decor set-up and take-down for my wedding, while Kennedy was my day-of-coordinator.
First, decor.. My ceremony had to be moved inside last minute due to rain. While I knew this was a possibility and inside was our back-up plan, it was very unexpected, and we had never gone over exact details of where decor would go, set-up, etc. I asked Heather to use as much of my ceremony decor as she could, since most was handmade, but she has very little instruction due to the last minute change. It was BEAUTIFUL! I have NO idea what I would have done without her. On top of this, she was so helpful, organized, and comforting. On the day of, I didn't have to lift a finger. It was such a welcome relief.
Kennedy was absolutely amazing as well! She coordinated all the last minute details, especially with the last minute rain change, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. She helped me through every last minute crisis, from moving my ceremony indoors to needing eyelash glue after the first look to making sure someone stood in when the flower girl was late. All of my vendors commented on how organized and awesome she was, and I'm confident that my wedding would not have run half as smoothly without her.
All I can say is HIRE THESE LADIES!!!! They were the single BEST investment I made in the entire wedding planning process (and super affordable, especially for all of the work they put in). I absolutely promise you will not regret having them.

We found Heather on The Knot with zero personal referrals. We were hesitant to choose this very important vendor with nobody to tell us either way about her services. From the first communication BEFORE WE EVEN HIRED her, she would reply to my emails almost immediately. This would later continue to be way she communicated with us until our wedding day was complete! She was also always available via text, anytime. She's lucky we were both so busy, or we may have really given her a marathon for her money. Each person close to us, be it a family member or my best friend who hosted our wedding would immediately say, "Oh yeah, everything is going to be more than ok", when meeting her for the very first time.

She listened completely to what our vision was for our wedding day and made it happen. Everything was beautiful and elegant, beyond our dreams for our special day!! She will respond quickly to emails/text and always knows what to do to solve the problem at hand. We cannot imagine how it would have been possible with out her and her fabulous team!!
