I had worked on my daughters wedding for a year, planning, researching ideas and buying the decorations. I envisioned a Pinterest wedding LOL ! The closer the date came the more stressed I became. My now son-in-law , surprised me with searching for a wedding planner. At first I was upset thinking I could do it all, but then realized i could not. He then found MEEKA. I spoke to her on the phone and was instantly relieved. Meeka was more than happy to assist any way she could. She not only was willing and able to work with us on short notice , she also accommodated our particular needs. Meeka came to my house to pick up all our wedding decorations (a van full) She listen to my vision on how I wanted the Venue to look. She came to the venue a day early to decorate and the day of the wedding was there to oversee our needs and stayed to the end to pack up everything and then transported it the next day to my house! She not only captured my vision but was able to enhance it with her decorating talent and expertise! So if your on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, don't be. Meeka was a lifesaver for our wedding. We called her a few weeks before the wedding and she instantly made us feel at ease. Not only did she meet with us to cover the details of our wedding, she offered input, advice, and even some of her own decorations and add ins! Meeka made sure that every part of our special day was taken care of so that we could enjoy our day. She was there start to finish and everything was like a dream. Not to mention, my husband and I feel like we’ve known her for years- my family feels the same way! You can tell she really cares and has passion for this type of business.

Meeka was a great day of coordinator for our wedding reception. We chose the "Leave a little to Meeka" package so we had a call the week of our reception to go over final details and give a checklist and it was amazing to have Meeka and her assistant present to help set up and tear down so many of our DIY wedding details from centerpieces to signage and favors. The only small detail missed was our cake topper not being on our cake but all in all we could not have had the amazing, stress free wedding reception we did without her help. Highly recommend choosing Meeka, you won't regret it!

I hired Meeka for my son's wedding to help with setup / takedown of the church and reception as well as being the "day of" coordinator. Meeka and her team were very professional and handled the job perfectly. It was a last-minute decision, so Meeka took the reins and handled it perfectly.
