I have zero bad things to say about Leandra and this whole experience. If I did anything right about my wedding planning, it was hiring Leandra. She did a phenomenal job executing my vision and in the planning process, she was punctual, organized, and kept me on track with my Own planning. Our wedding events were outside of her comfort zone as it was a Muslim wedding, so we had asked her to coordinate the Walima but it didn’t stop her. She went out of her way to review details and give us the stress free event of our lives! I had so much fun at my wedding and without her, I’m sure half of the things I wanted and when I wanted them wouldn’t have been part of the picture.
Brides, or those looking to throw a spectacular organized event, hire her. You won’t regret it. She’s down to earth, a joy to work with and you feel like you are putting your event into more than capable hands.

Loved working with Leandra & Company. Everything ran smoothly during our wedding. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed or frantic. They really took care of everything for the day of, and it was so refreshing to have them guide us and others during the day. I felt like we were in great and capable hands!!

Leandra made my daughter’s birthday party one to remember. She stayed within my desired budget and made planning seamless! Our guests were in awe of how Leandra executed the party by bringing it to life! I will definitely use Leandra again for future events. She made planning a birthday party so easy and efficient.

I am extremely grateful to had Leandra plan my baby shower. It was such a memorable event that had my friends and family talking for weeks after the event.

I trusted her to scout out the location without me and she selected an exquisite venue that had everything I was looking for including, my budget, parking, a Mom-mosa bar, adequate space and a delicious menu.

It was such a relief to show up to the event and have everything handled with zero last minute issues. Leandra has amazing ability to design, elevate my ideas, offer great alternatives, and deliver. She even managed the events within the event with an agenda to ensure we stayed within the time frame while enjoying games, music, food and fun.

Throughout the planning process, Leandra kept me updated with brief monthly/ weekly check ins, which were beyond helpful. I will definitely hire her again for future projects- TEN STARS!

The best wedding coordinator! Leandra made the whole process of planning my wedding fun and stress free. Leandra was phenomenal to work with. She was very professional and exceptionally helpful. It was stressful planning a wedding long-distance and during COVID, but she helped me out with even the last minute requests. I never received an unhelpful answer from Leandra. All of my family and in-laws expressed their appreciation for Leandra on the day of the wedding. She was very cordial and kind with everyone. I could not imagine going through this process without her.

I had no clue on where to start for our wedding, even though it was a very intimate wedding (total of 7 peeps) due to the pandemic. Leandra was there to guide us through every step of the process, which made me feel less overwhelmed about wedding planning. She is exceptionally organized and literally thought of everything down to the last detail (eg. bringing sand to fill the sandbags to anchor down our arch, bringing water bottles and ice, etc). We highly recommend Leandra Guy!

Hi Dionne,

When I spoke to your venue a few days ago they said the setup can't start until 1:00 PM. They open at 11AM and will allow you to drop off items at that time only. Do you have a few family members/friends to assist with setup at 1:00 PM ? The earliest I am able to get there is 2:30 PM. I have attached the updated wedding plan, can I have the email address of those that will assist with setup?

My statement regarding your arrival time was NOT a question? Nor, was my QUESTION regarding your services to complete the venue setup a QUESTION?

Not only have you questioned my intelligence at this point, my lack of obtaining references was a lack of good judgement on my part.

YOU my dear, were hired to complete a job in which, the most important aspect, is the venue setup as outlined in our signed Contract. NOT ONLY did you WASTE MY TIME, in providing YOU with a detailed excel document with clear instructions and expectations that were EXPECTED to be met, in which, you were HIRED and paid early in good faith that you would adhere to YOUR companies contract to perform.

● Day of wedding ○ Coordination of ceremony and reception including: ■ Assist vendors with setup and teardown, if needed ■ Organize and set up escort cards, place cards, signage, and menu cards ■ Oversee check-in of rentals ■ Conduct a walkthrough prior to ceremony to finalize venue setup and vendors are ready for guests arrival

To advise a client that they have to be on your TIME TABLE and that you will NOT BE THERE TO COMPLETE YOUR HIRED TASK IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I am perplexed as to what your definition and timeframe for YOU to begin work when HIRED for our wedding on July 31st, 2021 was in your mind. Not July 31st @ 2:30 pm 30 minutes before our wedding is to begin, my dear.

I didn’t Hire YOU to just show up.

Your professionalism is subject to questioning now. Not only were you rude in your conduct in speaking with Candace at Mastro’s in telling her you couldn’t finish your discussion of services, due to “YOU HAVING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT” this level of service with OUR WEDDING AND BUSINESS CLIENTS is totally unacceptable and nor is it professional. I know this to be a fact and true, because you conduct yourself that way with me. We are all so sorry YOU have more important things to DO!

Due to my husband’s entertainment business and colleagues we have decided to FIRE YOU from conducting any further services on our behalf.

You are free to keep the $600.00. What will happen is that all of our business associates in the entertainment and event planning business here in Houston will be alerted of your professionalism and advised NOT to conduct business with you.
