We knew we found the right wedding planner when what was supposed to be a quick intro call turned into two plus hours of chatting, laughing, and sharing cat pictures. (Be sure to ask about her cat, *FF Freddy. She'll explain the name.) Brittany easily got along with all of our vendors and guests, and knew how to wrangle everyone from disorganized musicians to high-maintenance family members. We had a complicated multi-day itinerary of events and she handled it all with ease. It was such a relief to know she was there, and was our ultimate HBIC. We loved Brittany!

We hired Brittany a few months prior to our wedding when our original day-of coordinator fell through and she did an amazing job! We were concerned some planning details would be dropped as we were so close to the big day, but Brittany seamlessly picked where the previous coordinator left off and helped us stay organized. She has a very relaxed energy, which is especially helpful for brides who are stressed out with planning. She worked behind the scenes with our venue and vendors to ensure the day went smoothly and was incredibly accommodating with special guest requests on the day of the wedding. At the end of the night, she had everything organized and in the car without us even noticing. I'd recommend Brittany for anyone looking for a great wedding coordinator to keep the day on track!

Brittany was absolutely amazing to work with! When we first started we had no idea a global pandemic was going to absolutely demolish all of our hard work and plans and lead to a postponement. Brittany handled everything for us. She did all of the correspondence with the vendors and made sure everything was taken care of so we didn’t take on that stress while also dealing with the emotions around having to push back our big day! When the time came to plan again she was on top of everything, keeping us on track. She helped us communicate with our venue (who were very difficult) and made sure we were checking things off our list. The weekend of the wedding she took care of everything and made sure the day went smooth! I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

All that being said about her abilities and skills, Brittany is an incredible person. All the emotion support she gave us through out our wedding process and all the pep talks and phone calls we amazing. We felt so supported and she felt more like a friend than someone we hired! She always made herself available to us and was quick to respond to both emails and texts! I loved working with Brittany so much, worth every penny and then some! Such a kind, warm, loving human!

My husband and I "joked" about this multiple times throughout the planning process but we couldn't have meant it more: Brittany was an angel sent from wedding planning heaven and we could not have been more grateful that we went with L'avventura for our big day. She even stepped in after the fact when we ran into some billing hiccups with our venue and made sure that everything got squared away. She really took the time to get to know us to give tailored recommendations and advice that suited us perfectly versus pushing her vision on us or going with a one-size-fits-all approach. She really was just wonderful and honestly made us feel like we were working with a friend we'd known for ages. Brittany did day-of coordination for us and was right on her game. She kept the timeline going, took care of issues as they came up, remained calm and collected, and made our whole wedding run smoothly.
