I could not imagine myself getting married without Lavinia, her team and her family. I found Lavinia on Instagram after seeing one of her events and knew that I HAD TO HIRE HER. Everything that I saw in the video was gorgeous and I wanted it! In the beginning I honestly thought I could do the majority of the work on my own and just needed someone to guide me but I was so wrong. There are so many details when it comes to wedding planning and Lavinia nailed each and every single one of them. Before even starting the planning process Lavinia took the time out to learn who we were and it was so important to her not only to make me happy but to also make my now husband happy too. She introduced us to vendors that were so perfect for us. She was so honest and upfront about everything even if it was a little uncomfortable. Despite my anxiety I completely trusted her from start to finish. There was never a time that I felt overwhelmed during the planning process and that was the biggest blessing that I could’ve recieved. By the day of the wedding she had become family and so important to both of us.

The entire day went off without a hitch. Everything about that day was beautiful. Even now I literally re-live it in my mind and when looking at pictures because it was so perfect. There was so much that went on that day logistically that may have been difficult in figuring out, but guess what? I knew none of it because Lavinia and her team kept me protected and in a space where we could mentally prepare to start our lives together.

Lavinia is worth more than her weight in gold. She planned our entire nuptials in SIX months and that was despite what life threw at her. She was essential to our entire lives, physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially. The way she made me feel throughout this wedding planning journey will never be forgotten. I also think by the end of our wedding, our family also fell in love with Lavinia and her team. I couldn’t have asked for any thing else from Lavinia. I sincerely love you Lavinia and I miss our planning sessions already.

In 2019 , my fiancé at the time and I decided to begin planning our wedding for 2020. We had absolutely no idea where to begin with the planning process and quickly became overwhelmed and decided that we needed to hire a wedding planner. My sister came across Lavinia’s Instagram and reached out to her and a few other wedding planners. After speaking with Lavinia , my sister advised that she would be the best person for the job based off of her responsiveness , professionalism and warm personality.

I spoke to Lavinia myself and immediately felt at ease. She walked me through the entire process and explained all of the nuisances of planning a wedding. As soon as I hired her she began working on making our dream wedding come true.

Unfortunately, as 2020 approached the pandemic hit and we made the decision to post pone our wedding until July 2021. Lavinia didn’t skip a beat and was able to quickly adapt and help us make all of the necessary changes.

In January 2021, my husband and I found out that we were expecting our first child which once again through our wedding for a loop. Once we informed Lavinia of this , she quickly adapted to the change of plans again and began helping us plan the perfect combined wedding/ baby shower.

Our event finally arrived on July 24,2021 and it was absolutely PERFECT !!! We were stress free the entire day and didn’t have to worry about anything as Lavinia and her staff left no stone unturned. Their attention to detail, time management and professionalism is unmatched. I gave Lavinia a general idea of the colors and vision I had and she took it and ran with it ! My husband, myself and our guests were blown away by the outcome. Months have passed and our guests still comment on how beautiful our day was !

Aside from being our wedding planner, I feel as if Lavinia has become a part of our family. She has stuck with us and supported us through a pandemic, marriage and pregnancy. I started my wedding planning alone before covid, planning is tough already especially when you have covid in the mix. Lavinia is organized. Thoughtful and is ON IT! I consider myself to be a rather organized person, so I had originally intended to plan my own event from start to finish. Lavinia , our wedding coordinator, managed a wedding of 160 people, worked with multiple vendors, and ensured that my husband and I had the time of our lives while sticking to our timeline. All of this she did with absolute grace, poise, and ease. My husband and I Hired Lavinia Paul Events Mid way through the planning process. She was able to pick up from where I was and execute the rest of the wedding effortlessly. Our wedding date was originally august 1st, 2020 at a indoor ballroom venue, when covid happened and everything was shut down we had to do a 360 and move everything outdoors on the month before our wedding date. Lavinia and her team were able to plan an outdoor wedding in 30 days and book any last-minute venues that needed to be done. Everything was perfect from the flowers to the food. Lavinia Paul Weddings and Events was truly a God-send! She worked hard to make our wedding more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. She came to save the day when I really was not looking forward to the headache of planning any part of my wedding as I had initially wanted a smaller wedding but could not get around it, -being that we have large families.
