Laurie got my cake and cupcake vision perfect! I think what helped a lot with this was being able to meet with her in person, discuss, and show pictures of what I wanted. Everything was delicious too! Her cakes are perfectly moist and her frosting was so decadent! Highly recommend!

Laurie was so wonderful to work with for our wedding. We had an amazing tasting with her where she really went above and beyond to showcase all of the delicious things she can make! We ended up going with a personal wedding cake and dessert bar and it was all executed perfectly. There was barely any left at the end of the night! Bonus points for making the most delicious cake my husband and I have ever tasted!

Laurie was so much fun to work with and our wedding cake and dessert table exceeded our expectations. She was easy to communicate with, kind, professional, and her cake and treats are AMAZINGLY delicious. Our guests were raving about how pleasantly surprised they were to have a wedding cake that was actually tasty and not dry, and many people went back for seconds! Hiring Laurie was the best experience. The cake was so beautiful and so delicious. We also ordered chocolate chip cookies for the guests and they are so delicious also.

At the initial meeting and tasting we were met with warmth and professionalism. Laurie offers a huge selection from which to choose. In addition to a small wedding cake for themselves, my daughter and son in law chose an assortment of cupcakes and cookies for their 150 guests. The desserts were beautifully presented with flowers and tiers. Everything was so delicious that people were going back for 3rds. Do not hesitate - hire Laurie Clarke!

Laurie was super friendly and prepared when we arrived for our tasting. The only problem was that she had so many delicious options for our wedding dessert table that it was hard for us to narrow it down to our favorites! On our wedding day we had a combination of lemon bars, cookies, cupcakes, and a single-tier cake -- and it all went as fast as it was set out. I even saw a few relatives and friends who aren't typically "dessert people" eating up Laurie's desserts. While all I got was a cookie that night, I'm happy our guests weren't disappointed! Laurie lent us some decorative pieces that helped us display our desserts for guests in a pretty way rather than setting them flat on a table. She also helped set the dessert table up earlier than planned which was nice of her to do! We are so happy that we went with Laurie.

Laurie's cake and cupcakes are absolutely delicious! We selected the Marionberry Crumb for our cutting cake and then the Vanilla Raspberry, Chocolate Raspberry and Lemon Buttermilk for our cupcake options. All of the flavors were not only delicious but also moist and incredibly fresh. I shouldn't have to say that but we tasted several other bakeries that didn't provide us with the freshest of cakes to taste. I highly recommend Laurie for any event. Our guests (and us!) couldn't get enough of the cupcakes and cake!

Laurie was AMAZING, the desserts were a huge hit! They were all delicious, she calculates a perfect amount and was very open to our ideas and taste preferences. She was also very understanding about all of the changes that had to be made last minute due to COVID, If you need any desserts for any occasion, she’s PERFECT!!

You should definitely make a tasting appointment with Laurie to sample some of her delicious cakes. I had so much trouble deciding what flavors we wanted to do for our cake, because they all tasted so good! We ended up going with a three tiered cake with a raspberry lemon vanilla buttermilk cake, with lemon curd, vanilla cream, and raspberry preserve for the first layer; an almond poppy seed cake with raspberry preserve and vanilla cream for the second; and, a marionberry crumble cake with cream cheese for the top layer of our cake. It was a complete hit! There was only a single slice leftover at the end of the night (which was lucky, because we were able to take it home and have it for breakfast the next day.). What I loved most about working with Laurie is that everything is customizable. For our cake design, I showed her a picture of a cake design I really liked, and she perfectly captured the design for our own cake. Her pricing is also really flexible as well, and she works with your budget to come up with dessert options that work best for you and your wallet. As an aside, she also has a very friendly and calming air to her, which is really nice when you're dealing with the stress and headaches of hiring so many different vendors at once. So yes, you should definitely give Laurie's cakes a try-- you and your guests will be so happy you did!

Laurie made delicious cupcakes and cake for our wedding- all flavors were delicious, especially the cookies and cream and marionberry crumble! The display also looked beautiful and we had multiple people ask me where we got our cake. Laurie was also super responsive and helpful throughout the planning process- I’d definitely recommend.
