We chose Laura Ashley Catering & Events to provide all the food and beverages for both the cocktail hour and the dinner reception at our daughter’s wedding of 120 people on March 30, 2024 in Juno Beach, and everything was perfect! Laura and her team were helpful and easy to work with right from the start of our planning and remained so throughout, providing guidance and flexibility whenever we needed it. The selections available were extensive and the tasting session was very helpful in getting us to our final choices for the menus. The dietary restrictions of our guests were handled with ease. The bar service and appetizers at the cocktail party were uniquely and attractively presented and tasted great. The dinner was the same, with beautiful presentation and excellent quality and taste. Service during both components of the wedding day was efficient, polite, and responsive, including providing tableside wine service during the meal. Our guests were very impressed and we received an abundance of positive feedback. We enthusiastically recommend Laura Ashley Catering & Events.

Laura catered my wedding and did amazing. Her small touches and attention to detail go a long way. We got so many compliments on how great the food was, and her and her staff were awesome. I would absolutely recommend her for any event.

From the initial meeting/tasting to the very end of the night Laura Ashley Catering made our wedding perfect! Laura not only provided the most amazing catered food and awesome staff but also helped with all of the rentals(tent, tables, chairs, linens, etc...)and every little detail for a backyard wedding. All of our guests kept complimenting the passed appetizers during cocktail hour , the main courses and how awesome the staff and bartender were. At the end of the night they cleared and cleaned everything to where it seemed as if they had never been there. Thank you Chef Laura and your whole team for helping to make our night so special!

Laura Ashley catering made my wedding so epicly magical. Booking with her was a breeze, I got so many recommendations to use her I didn't even meet with another caterer. She was responsive and professional right from the beginning (even when we had to push back our tasting because of covid, and when our numbers dropped drastically). Not only was the food delicious and hot and fresh. She made the place settings beautiful. The service was next level i had servers and bartenders following me around all night asking me if I wanted food , holding plates for me or sometimes just handing me treats and drinks! And above all that Laura packed all the food up for me and loaded it into my parents car on top of separating the open and unopen liquor so we could make the return process easier. Literally the best caterer in South Florida, and a lifetime friend from here on out. I will never use anyone else! Maybe next year it can be a babyshower 😉.

I am so thankful for this team’s exceptional work at our wedding. All of the food was absolutely amazing! From our signature drinks to our unique menu, everything was so on point! Laura provided everything I wanted down to a tee. And the ice cream bar was a favorite of our guests!

Chef Laura, Chef Coral and her talented team catered our daughters wedding in February 2020 at the magnificent Lady Jean Ranch in Jupiter and the event was magical! From the moment I started planning the wedding with Laura she was beyond responsive and so very helpful in suggesting and developing a creative menu within our budget. Throughout the planning process she also attended to EVERY detail from the overall presentation to the type of serving piece she would use for each menu item. We chose to have novel food stations (ie. slider bar, pizza station, avocado bar, poke station, pretzel station) instead of a served plated dinner and all the food was absolutely delicious . The presentation for each station was unique, very, very creative and truly enhanced the guests culinary experience. Laura was also more than respectful of the many dietary challenges we presented and accommodated EVERY request -which is quite the feat when you're catering for 200 guests! Our guests were truly "wowed" and have not stopped talking about the exceptional food! Laura, I cannot thank you enough- you are wonderful! XOXO

From the intricate, delicious details of every meal served, to the 5 star service of her staff- I can't say enough amazing things. From the beginning of our wedding planning, Chef Laura was able to create a culinary dream come true for our West Palm Beach wedding. She is organized, professional and reliable. We can't thank them enough for helping us pull together the smallest details, being an advocate for us, and providing our guests with food that makes your taste buds dance- and a dining experience that is out of this world!! Chef Laura was BEYOND. Not only is she friendly and easy to work with but our food (& drinks!) were incredible. Instead of your typical chicken or steak plated meal, we did sushi, taco & Italian buffets and every single item was delicious. We also did signature cocktails that came out perfectly. Chef Laura also handled most of our rentals including tables & chairs and they were perfect. She even brought extra signs and nic-nacs to make the food stations pretty. 10/10

Laura and team are more then you can ever ask for in a catering company! She is so professional and organized. She was more then a caterer she was so beyond helpful through the entire wedding planning process! I can't tell you how many people have mentioned how amazing the food was at our wedding! We are so happy we decided to go with Laura!

AMAZING is all I have to say about LA Catering!!!!!!!! We recently had our wedding and the planning process was extremely lengthy and down right frustrating at times which led to us changing the theme probably three million times and no matter what we changed, little or huge, Laura was so so so helpful and professional and always made sure we were happy with what we were choosing. She was ALWAYS available to answer ANY question or concern I had, and I had a ton of these at 3 am and she answered right away. She came to our home and did a tasting with us and our parents, cleaned up everything and even left us with delicious dinner for days!! She sent us countless new menu selections to help coordinate with whatever new theme we had chosen that week and also let us in the right direction to get the most amazing meals for our guests and ourselves. The serving staff she comes with are wonderful, so nice and professional, we were extremely happy to have them at our wedding. She also set up tons of show room meetings for us with rental companies to pick out our plates, chargers, chairs, silverware, glasses etc., and was at every meeting giving her input, making sure we stayed to our budget while also making sure everything looked amazing. The wedding was perfection at its finest, everyone loved every single drink and food item, I could NOT be more thankful to Laura for her countless hours spent on my indecisiveness, always being there no matter what time of day, and for making sure our day was PERFECT!! Thank you, Laura!!!!!
