I used Latrobe Card & Gift for our wedding invitations & you definitely pay for what you get..... the pricing is under competition but the service was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever received. I would rather pay more and be happy with my experience. I would NOT recommend Carol (The owner) To ANYONE. That was the only vendor i had an issue with- throughout all of my wedding planning, i figured i would try to cut costs in one area to help with my overall cost of the wedding but if i had to do it all over again.... I would have went with another lady that i met with who was SO friendly and willing to do anything that i wanted.
I had mentioned how upset i was about carol (Latrobe Cards & Gifts) to one of my other vendors and she said it wasn t the first time she heard Carol was bad news.
